Our results showed an almost doubling in yield for Cannatonic when the lighting was set to 14L for the first 28 days of flowering and then 10L for the remaining 29 days, which equates to the same total number of lighting hours as a 12L:12D cycle. This finding illustrates that a progressively reducing photoperiod can have substantial impacts on yield for certain specific genetic backgrounds with no additional inputs required.

I didn't do a total read thru in this, but this is indoors from my understanding, so would this kind of relate to cloudy/rainy days of the fall, outdoors.

I'm on my third joint, and kief loaded bowl, today. Just in thought. 🤔😵‍💫🤤

So, temp. on the porch was up 55 degrees F today so I dry sifted some (all) Granddaddy Purple Auto from last summer's harvest. Ended up with 1 3/4 jelly jars of hash. (approx. 14oz.) It's a bit green, but will be used in edibles so I'm not picky. I'm using a trim tray with a 150 mesh screen that works great.
BTW, I'm still using the Afghan I sifted a year ago. 😁

I have a cleaning tray like that, W/150 screen.
Do u know what yours is. Sift looks the same as mine.

What's the plans for the summer? In a little over a month it's time to start poppin' which means seed should be ordered soon.

Last year you were thinking just a few in that one area of the yard that had less septoria. You still thinking the same? You found a strain or 2 that did better than most too.

Tentatively planning to put autos in the 12 boxes, in pots, and 4-5 photos in the dirt. And I plan to spray, spray, spray the dirt dwellers along with managing their size. Basically be proactive instead of reactive. And I have a variety of seeds to choose from, but all are feminized. I just have to much trouble telling gender early.

I never made to the thumb. We'd go up to Mackinac every now and again when I was a kid. But that's about the only times I headed more north than St. Jo.

I don't try to tell gender early. I grew 2 regular plants indoors, one was male. I've had good luck with probably 25 percent or less males so far.

I expect the proactive approach will be successful. Not without problems, but successful.
