Just checked mine. Silic Rock from Plagron. 1.5Ph. To clear it up, my tapwater is fkn hard at 8.5Ph. When I mix everything i end up at about 6.2-6.5Ph.

Results speak for themselves my friend.Been using it for close to a year now without issues, just way more resilient plants. At least in soil and the first weeks in coco before turning on the autopot. I've read most dont use it in auto systems and hydro cause it can clog pipes and as such i stopped using it the moment the system turned on.
It's a recommended add for a reason, just like myco and calmag but i'm not forcing anyone to use it. Do what you want.
You want to mix stuff in a proper order to prevent reactions and lockouts of nute availability. Part of the problem is the bouncing back and forth pH swings between acidic and alkaline with each added ingredient. You have to. It has too high of a ph. But when you lower it its now less available.... unless you buy the expensive
silica acids
i know i was talking more about silica at 5.8-6.5. but all great pointsYou want to mix stuff in a proper order to prevent reactions and lockouts of nute availability. Part of the problem is the bouncing back and forth pH swings between acidic and alkaline with each added ingredient.
And just like the problem with silica being too high to use without a proper adjustment, you gotta watch out playing with stuff like Morbloom too that uses a phosphoric acid solution as a stabilizer.
I don't have mixing orders memorized but if there's a pattern to it, seems like the usual move is starting with the silica if you're using it, adding your acidic nutes and then a final check and adjustment of pH if needed. But it's more nuanced than that... I usually look it up as I'm mixing based on everything I'm putting in to put it in proper order and avoid the reactions.
The other thing you want to do when you're mixing is give a rest period for a few minutes with each added ingredient to let any reactions play out, including the pH settling in.
I reckon another 2 weeks, depending on how they finish. Im happy to wait the extra few days to get them on point though, the last thing I want to do after all the work is crop them early and miss out on then plants full potential. Are you doing a run right now?How much longer you figure you'll flower them?
