I'm legal in all aspects but one.My mountain place is in the same county as you, I'm well off the road, but our renter has multiple Amazon/UPS deliveries a week, and they come right by my house on our private road, the plants were 10 feet away from the road. I was surprised I never had any issues. The county I live in will allow personal outdoor growing, as long as the plants are not visible from any public right-of-way, and of course if someone complains about the smell, you're hosed! No commercial growing is allowed.
We can grow outdoors, but they have to be in a enclosed area/greenhouse, or incapable of being accessible to public. Which means a chain link cage, or totally fencing your property.
I've got fencing on three sides of my property, I put up a pole bean fence to block all visibility to the grow from the road. SO...that's my only infraction.
BUT.!! For this to happen...you'd be trespassing my property with intent to steal from me.... By law.
And Ohio has the castle law as well. So those cutters in your hand has put u in deep shit, with me, then the cops, and lawyer's
That's why we're fighting these fucked up amendments they added. It's not what we voted for, here. Freedom to grow our own, on our own "private" property.
It's all BS. If someone wants your shit, they'll destroy the greenhouse, chop thru the fence, whatever it takes. But when they know they can get a few more holes to breath thru...it changes peoples thoughts.
I prepare for it, but pray to God I never have to confront that situation. Specially for something like weed. I'd rather have u come back and let me give u some cured flower, for not destroying my crop.
Make a watch dog outta ya, for some goodies
