Yep... That's the only thing they could hammer me for. But u wouldn't know it's even there, unless you've trespassed thru my frontage, past the house to the back of my property to find it. Then came back with intent to steal it. That's the loophole that basically nullifies their fucked up amendments, in a court of law. By ohio standard's and what we actually voted for. It's just the stupid their protecting, so they can fine us for their illegal action to trespass our property.

All I can say is...since they gave us the castle law. Home break-ins are few and far between, now. Crime has even dropped off even more with statewide legal concealed carry.
Police only report the crime. Their not there to protect the individual. Unless directly involved, themselves.

4 plants are legal here but the fine for a fifth is $150. Cops won't bother because it's not worth their time to write the ticket !

Yep that's how they get you. I just looked up 9.06 for your county code.
(h) Contain a statement that, unless the owner or occupant abates the unlawful marijuana cultivation, or requests a hearing before the board of supervisors, within the time prescribed in the notice, the enforcing officer will abate the nuisance. It shall also state that the abatement costs, including administrative costs, may be made a special assessment added to the county assessment roll and become a lien on the real property, or be placed on the unsecured tax roll.

(I)Interest shall accrue on all amounts due under this section, from the effective date of the administrative penalty order, as set forth in this section, to the date paid pursuant to the laws applicable to civil money judgments.

(J)In addition to any other legal remedy, whenever the amount of any administrative penalty imposed pursuant to this Section has not been satisfied in full within ninety days and has not been timely appealed to the Superior Court in accordance with Government Code section 53069.4, subdivision (b), or if appealed, such appeal has been dismissed or denied, all or any part of this obligation may be enforced as a lien against the real property on which the violation occurred.

The lien provided herein shall have no force and effect until recorded with the county recorder. Once recorded, the administrative order shall have the force and effect and priority of a judgment lien governed by the provisions of Code of Civil Procedure section 697.340, and may be extended as provided in Code of Civil Procedure sections 683.110 to 683.220, inclusive.

2.

No, I don’t think so! Most of the commercial stuff around here is grown in big warehouses! They still have big grows over in Humboldt outdoors, but there aren’t many restrictions on anybody growing up there and they all seem to get along! Not much growing wild around here! That seems to be a Midwest thang .

I hope I don’t have to go down that road! But I think all of the asset forfeiture laws are still in place! And are used when applicable. Don’t read about very many people getting busted for small grows! Unless they are getting busted for dealing at the same time! They’re mainly after the big boys that are worth their while!

Looks good, like to grow! Most of the land race I’ve grown outdoors has been pretty larfy compared to the modern stuff! But it is unique and that’s what we are shooting for!😍

Texas is still about like Nevada used to be. Back in the late 60’s my long haired.cousin was driving through Texas in a VW van with Cali plates. He got pulled over for doing 56 in a 55 zone. They literally took his van apart, didn’t find anything, and left him on the side of the highway with a partially dismantled vehicle and no tools to put it back together.

In the mid 70s, when we went to Tahoe, it was always gamble in state line Nevada, do your dope in South Shore, Tahoe! You didn’t want to get caught with it in Nevada!
