Looks about half clear and half cloudy with nothing amber. You COULD chop now, but it'll gain potency if you wait. Once amber starts showing up, it's gaging whether you are gaining potency with clear turning to cloudy at a faster rate than cloudy is turning to amber because when the rate of ambering is greater than the rate of clouding, you're then losing potency.

regardless of what your taught or believe, you do not want any clear trichomes, milky amber ratio does not matter,.
problem is most modern marijuana is missing cannabinoids and terpenes from being breed out for higher thc especially thcp (33 times stronger than thc)
and the ones that are present are in lower values than what should be,. and most of this modern marijuana has no entourage effect,..

So would you recommend waiting a few more days to flush ?

What are you growing in? If you’re growing in soil there’s no need to flush at all unless you’re feeding nutes as well otherwise in either case just plain ph water. As already stated wait for Amber. I usually wait for about 15-25% depending.Mak sure to check trics at the top and lower on the plant. Hate to waste bud cause the ones on top are ready but the lowers aren’t.

My guy, it appears you are on the right track to solving your problem. If you are not sure if you need to flush , and why then you are on the right track to recognize/identify the problem..
first are you in soil or something else ?

I’m in soil so I don’t flush per say, I use coconut powder to finish and feed microbes in soil , plant will finish eating on its own ..
trichomes, this last run I went 12 weeks, trichomes on leaf in my opinion don’t count and I check all over

WAIT!
Instead of a loop I got a 200x camera attachment for phone. Once they start to amber I chop,
I’l let her amber up at some point but while I finish the process this is what it is.

My issue was dry and cure ..lol can you imagine the hacks I tried .. well no more issues . Still going thru the process.
So the answer to your questions will not come over night, they usually come 3-4 weeks later.
Wait to see amber then decide. If you don’t that decision is not ready to manifest.

Thankyou for that g

I thought before harvest i was supposed to flush lol

Maybe, maybe not, that's why I asked. What are you using as a grow medium and what are you feeding your plants? There's situations where you want to purge excess nutrients and there's situations where all its gonna do is deprive the plant of essential nutrients at the end and give you nothing back for it.

Oh i get you
Im in coco coir
Ige just stopped using boost and only using a n b towards the end

They all look cloudy/opaque to me so really any time you're ready. I use to wait for a little amber but the trichs are starting to breakdown at this point so honestly, once they change from clear to 100% opaque you can safely harvest away.

Cut the plant off at soil (coco) level, hang upside-down in a dark cool place and allow it to dry until you can snap a branch, usually a week to 10 days. A grow tent with a 65-75F with a 55% humidity works great. You never want the flowers to dry out completely. Then remove leaves, clip flowers off and store in a jar or bag which will need to be opened (burped is the common term) daily to remove any built up mosture. Leave the containers open for 5 minutes to a couple hours depending on the moisture level. This is where experience comes into play, learning when to jar the plants and how to burp the jars and getting a good cure instead of totally dried out buds or worse, mold/bud rot. It'll take a few trys to learn it but once learned it becomes much easier. If you jar too soon you'll get a lot of moisture build-up which can easily lead to rot and mold. I've taken them out of their jars or bags and put them in a paper bag for a few hours to a day or two and then put them back in their jar(s).

Getting this one right will give you exceptional smoke. Getting it way wrong could wipe out your entire grow. Isn't this growing thing fun🤣

You've been doing great so no reason to think this will be too difficult for you😉

Mate thanks i love people like you who explain it im depth without you guys id be fucked haha
So im going to give it like 3 more days to a week and then flush for the best smoke im going to try and get some more pictures better ones of the bud trichomes
Today is the start of when the seed description says should harvest but i know that even now i could turn the crop into a bag of shitty grass so i just need it perfect lol else i will be crying while smoking grass 😂but the fact you explained the drying and curing has made my day because that would of been my next question haha

I presume you're doing fertigations then, so for a "flush," you can just run plain water through for the last 24 hours before chop. Same thing you've been doing except without the nutes, and only that last 24 hours. If you're doing more soil style, do your final watering with plain water. This should have your plant clean for harvest without starving her.

Still not there. Keep patient. They will only be ready when they are ready. They do look good but just not there quite yet. They look mostly milky and I only spotted a couple just barely starting to turn amber. Quite a few clear still.
