I watered my strawberries yesterday! Already got blooms on them with a couple pollinated ๐Ÿ˜ณ
yep, Iโ€™ve had to water the raised beds a couple times. MY garlic is starting to throw scapes! That normally doesnโ€™t happen until May.

You use all that garlic? I thought we went through alot. Wow.
We do use a lot of garlic (I pickle it too), but I also give a lot away. I think last year I had over 250 bulbs, about the same or a little more this year. Garlic and onions are about the only things that do well in the winter, it's kinda "set it and forget it". I also have about 50 Italian torpedo onions growing. I plant them both in November and just let them go, fertilize once or twice, very little upkeep other than keeping the weeds pulled. If I keep it in cold storage it will last a year. Just in the garage about 7-9 months.

Well, letโ€™s see what you get for 42 bucks shipped! Packaged pretty well! Lol! Six freebies that Iโ€™ve never heard of!๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ’ Like getting into Maxwell Smarts apartment!

Didnโ€™t even know these things existed! I guess they are big in East Coast reservoirs also! And SoCal and Bay Area reservoirs! Lightning trout or banana trout! Some kind of rainbow hybrid that is sterile! Planters only!

I had to look that one up, I never heard of the them. From what I just read they are a triploid, hence the sterility.

"The Palomino trout or the Oncorhynchus mykiss are the results of Rainbow trout cross-breeding with West Virginia Golden trout (not to be confused with the California native Golden Trout). It is stated by the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat commissions: โ€œThe golden rainbow trout originated from a single rainbow trout that was spawned in the fall of 1954 in West Virginia. The troutโ€™s body color was a chimera of golden and normally pigmented tissue. When this fish was crossed with a normally pigmented rainbow trout, the offspring (what we have come to refer to as palomino rainbow trout) were lighter in color.โ€

"It is argued that palomino and golden rainbow trout are two different fish in some circles. Some say the palomino is lighter in color than the golden rainbow trout or just not as healthy looking. Depending on where you are in the United States you may hear them also being called โ€œlightning trout.โ€ I have even heard people refer to them as โ€œbanana trout.โ€ But no matter the name of or the location, they are all technically just a product of a fish hatchery rainbow trout."

Nice chunk how many times did you wash it?
Three! Itโ€™s pretty small! But when youโ€™re washing land, race yields can be pretty poor! Would probably do better if I knew what the fuck I was doing!๐Ÿ˜‚ I just kept spooning out the bags and adding water and ice to the garbage can and stirring it up some more! You know how it is big Al! Sometimes 15 g of Landrace hash is a lot dearer to your heart than 30 g of modern stuff! Itโ€™s satisfies a lot of, wonder what this is like, questions!๐Ÿ˜

All descended from one West Virginia mutant! I guess we are out of the loop in our old age!โœŒ๏ธ Iโ€™ve grown a triploid plant! Kind of tempting to go try and find a triploid trout! Nah! too lazy!
