Stalled Durban Poison seedling, help needed!!!

Hi all, second post and needing a little wisdom..
New to growing cannabis but not new to gardening.
Have 3 plants from seed starting as an experiment.
1x northern lights growing well, 2nd set of true leaves growing (2/52 old).
1x f1 hyperion, germinated and thrown 1st pair of true leaves rapidly (3/7 old)
1x Durban poison 2/52 old and struggling to throw its 1st true leaves, has already been overtaken by the f1.
(All seeds feminised autos)
All seeds soaked for 24 hours before planting (in rain water) (all 3 showed germ root) into westland John inis no.1.
Watering initially with rain water but have started trying feed with biobizz grow (weak solution 4ml/L).

Initially planted in homemade toilet roll compostable pots to avoid transplant shot to then be potted up into 20l root nurse fabric pots. Location is greenhouse with temps fluctuating from 8°c at night to 35°c daytime during hot spells.
Watered when visible drying, daily.

I'm in zone 9 and selected plants that cope well with this latitude

QUESTION
I really want to help the DP along but im not entirely sure what to do.. im keen to try introducing a Mycorrhizal fungi to see if its a root issue but im not sure if this can be done without upsetting the plant.. im very aware that as an auto I don't have the time to allow the plant to recover from the shock of root dusting or messing around now the plant is a seedling but also don't have to luxury of doing nothing.

All advice and questions are welcome.

If you're only at first or second node on those seedlings don't feed them yet. When you do, you're going to want a weaker strength feed, more like 1 ml/liter. Just give that Durban water, but not too much of it. I'd be a little concerned the cardboard won't let the roots through clean but I've got friends who use peat pots without any issues. Temperatures are way too extreme. If you can, try and keep it between around 21° - 27° c.

If you're using mycorzzhea I'd suggest waiting until you're ready to drop that toilet paper tube into the dirt. You can dust the inside of the hole so the fungi are waiting for them when the roots poke through.

Cardboard can contain a lot of things. Is it from a plant in Missouri or Mihaideng China? Might do better accepting slight shocks with a good transfer, but lots of times they don't even notice. I up-potted a Cereal Milk today at 6 visible leaves, but it's in plain soil getting plain water accomodating to it's new digs and I've done this transfer a few times. I don't mind doing some things inadvisably young if the signs are all good.
I've also completely murdered a small minority of plants.
You can do every single thing right and it can flop over and die at you, but this almost never happens- one in ten thousand.
Just have fun out there.

I usually just call it myco. Microbes and myco... The OTHER living things in your soil besides the plant.

Yeah, I was reluctant to start any feed for fear of burning new roots (made a weak solution) but im at a loss to how to get the DB to grow.. the only thing I can think of is the last week has been hot in the greenhouse and maybe this has stressed the DB... I've tried to keep the tube moist but as it's such a small volume and porous they dry out quick in the heat.. 3 factors im thinking.. heat, too moist (sat in moist tray), and fear of letting dry out too much... these are o ly guesses the as the other seedlings are doing OK... thanks for the advice re Myco :)

Thanks.. im in the UK, the tubes have been used to germinate corn, peas, and tomatoes so I don't think there are any nasty nasties in there.. just not sure what's stalling the growth I've thrown out a few ideas in the post above... its much cooler today so will be interesting to see if there is any difference.

As Tom Petty used to say, the waiting is the hardest part. I've seen others and done it myself: dithering with the baby plant just to be doing something. I've killed a few with impatience. Don't put nutes on it, don't mess with the roots, don't over-water. Just give it time. I currently have a little Black Widow that is struggling the same way. She might or might not flourish, but this time I won't kill her with good intentions.

That is proper sensible advice... i feel the clock ticking as its an auto and my growing season will be as long as a UK summer.. the last thing I was gonna try was to add myco (hadn't figured out how yet without disturbing the root). I'll be patient...

Great white powder or fox farms bat guano mixture, neither require you to dig it up.

Thanks, I'll bare that in mind. Already have some myco on order for the potting up..

If you use guano or anything like it... make sure it's from a company like that and it's treated so it won't get you infected and kill you. Bat guano is VERY risky but good companies age, pateurize, treat and then test it before packaging. Even then I wear gloves and a czech gas mask with a bio rated can filter.
Great white is safer.

Oh right... in all honesty probably not easily sourcable in the uk?! I've seen great white online and accessable.. my growing adventure will likely last a few years at least so I'll get to trial a few bits and bobs until I find what works in my corner of the world.. thanks for the heads up :)

I would be worried about temps going down to 8 oC at night , with sprouting or seedlings. Im in the uk and i thought this summer weather we are having would be perfect for getting some seeds going, but so far its not happening. the only time i get good germination is when i use a heatpad and keep the soil at a constant 22 oC. and in a humidity dome helps

Some photos as requested.. the 2 together are f1 hyperion (largest of the 2 and the DP) the closeup is of the DP in case it shows any obvious signs of anything significant. The grow bag is the northern lights which seems to be doing the best at the moment but the hyperion may well overtake it in time..

Thanks for that... I germinated the seedlings in the greenhouse in a propagator during the day then indoors at night to reduce the thermal variation. Im of the hope that the varieties I've chosen will be hardy enough for this.. I get it's not grow tent conditions but im hoping that plants want to grow..
