Your soil looks dry, don't let them dry out, if they wilt now they are done for. Saturate the cups them let dry 3-4 days then saturate again. 1/4ml Rapid Start / liter of water is a good early feed. No nutes but Rapid Start is a good root booster.

I think the white on the tips of the leaves are just from a little light bleaching no worries

If they are inside with humidity no more than 60% and temps above 60° then it's almost certainly not WPM. It needs cool humid conditions to get a foothold. I would just monitor them at this point. Probably nothing to worry about.

I'd try smear test and such, salts in nutrients just dissolve. Is there a second thing creating where WPM wants to live like high humidity and low air flow? I don't see any greening on the perlite but you did dome them.
