So I jumped the gun last night and pressed some stuff a little early.
Moisture in the rosin causes a sizzle in the banger, how would yall “cure” or fix this?

Anyone doinh rosin from fresh frozen bubble hash?

If so how are you drying your hash after the wash?

Nah havent gotten that far into it! Looks like you get to start that part of the thread! 😆 : )

Quick search recommends a freeze dryer. Wondering if you could make some really thin patties and just use a deep freezer? (Just a question dont take that as recommendation). im not versed in hash either. what im wanting to do is press some dry sift though! : ) good luck! if you dont mind, let us know what you find out! pretty inquisitive bunch here on the all things press related thread! ✌️

Nothing new on this press, but I did something new to the same ole process

I had forgotten bags so I ordered some, got ready to press and forgot the parchment paper. So I reused lasts runs. Paper is a little more brittle in recovery but overall, I’d do it again without hesitation.

60 grams gives 12.5 on a regular basis (20%) but there’s room for improvement all ways

Did a couple test presses on my recent Banana Milk and Qookies auto.View attachment 2678447
Ran one at 180° the other at 200°, both in a 120 u bag.
The 180 yielded a 15% return with .6 from 4g,
while the 200° yielded a 20% return with .8 from 4g.

After several dabs from each jar, I’ve decided to press the rest of this harvest at 180°.
The 200° had a higher yield, but the flavor at 180° is absolutely delicious, taste like pez candy on exhale

It’s the color on that first pic, where it’s actually in the press. That color has me curious enough to drop 30 degrees and give her a go
Thanks LB
