JUST WANTED TO SAY BIG UPS MONSTER PROPS TO YOU ON THIS ONE!!! I have been watching your grows since RIU and last saw your thread when you ordered this system. I also was a huge follower of the URBANGROWER videos for ever seeing how you are doing this is so off the chain. You have been a huge inspiration and have to credit you for motivating me too build out 2 sealed 18 light rooms to the T of what you have but with different bottoms and you just motivated me to push the envelope once again and go for the 2 30's or if I can find a building with enough power 2 50's would be KICK ASS... I just wanted to confirm your entire setup is running 2 x 200 amp pannels , 1 for each room with a 100 amp pannel for misc. Have you considered going with the ballats you assemble and running them in 3 phase drawing far less power?

amazing work bro, real inspiration.
Your veg set up looks really smart; kind of like the 'UC Evolution' layout, but it looks like your only using one "reservoir" bucket and pump, where their layout uses an extra pump and reservoir for each extra side run of buckets, I assume to even out solutionflow down each lane. Have you tested the flow in your setup yet? What size pump are you using for the 16 sites? Thanks for all of your detail and documenting, it's a great help.

The flow has been tested By the UC guys and it works great, I am running a 1,100 gph pump...JACK

I always use H&G for veg, as for the latter part of the question no, no, and no. Stick with what was posted and it'll blow your mind in these undercurrents. Now back to the regular scheduled programming. I don’t want to muddy up Jacks thread…

Oh and as a UC newbie welcome to the club, I reccommend you read jacks thread here at least twice from cover to cover and dive into the other UC threads, read everything you can about them and make a journal.

I would PM you if i could (restricted newB) as I don't want to swindle this thread from Jack. If you can, please confirm what I may have misinterpreted. Maybe this can help others as well.

JACK: that 4x4 UC is awesome. When i speak with Daniel next week about my order I'll ask about it; it looks promising! He told me they had some pretty trick stuff in development. The company seems to be in the early growing stages and I'm glad to be a part of it!

Big ups Bro...Yes I am running 2 x 200 amp panels and 1 x 100 amp panel 120/208 1 phase, As far as 277 /480 v 3 phase goes going that route will lower your amps but at the end of it all the watts are the same and thats what your paying for ;)..Jack

Lift the lid up carry the lid,net pot and plant (all in one) and set it in the Uc buckets in the bloom room it takes about 2 minutes super easy ;)..JACK

You got it exactly right the UC's love that nutrient mix. Just be sure to not overdue the magical use it as needed. Learn to read your plants, they will tell you when they need it. Good luck…

Also like I said re-read jacks thread and note his ph and especially ppm’s. Try to mimic as closely as your plants will allow (strain dependant). His baseline will save you from pulling your hair out. The problem most people have with the UC’s are ppm/ec overdosing. That and keeping your h20 locked in at 67-70 degrees. Lock those in and you are half way home.

They have been sitting in there box... This system is so easy I have my nutes mixed up and use the 200 gallon rez as a top off..The Canna Nutes keep the PH at 5.5 after I mix everything and the PH has never gone above 6.2 With a shop this size there is no way I could leave for a week there are moms to tend to clones to take and nutes to mix.:stonedsmilie: And there is always a project going on,I may get around to hooking them up just dont have the need at the moment..Once I have all 4 rooms going at once then I will look into using them..Plus I really enjoy tending to the girls and giving them every thing they need...JACK

Is it true that Alita and Hi Blow are the essentially the same pump?

That's what Daniel told me, as I guess you can get Alita's from Current Culture, so I wasn't sure if he was just trying to sell me a pump or if this is true.

All I know is I have Alita's that have been running for YEARS...super quiet.

Looks crazy in there. Your really gonna have to take some of those fan leaves of since you used the bud ignitor or else the light is not gonna penetrate the bottom. Really like the bud ignitor since it helps with the vertical growth and maintains them short and gets them super bushy. Looking great so far.
