Good to hear!.....are some of these beans the ones that got listed as Mota's work(which is a mix up) down at HHC?.....if so HHC need to get their labeling straight. Not that anybody's work is better than others...I would just much rather give credit where credit is due.

Yes, they are straigtened now . The Blackberry Pie and the Montage are a homage to jojorizo. He was a friend and mentor and despite everything else, a very generous and decent person.

What about your Grape Stomper? Are you doing anything with that?

Of course! The Grape Stomper is being worked and has been BX'd and F2'd already. We are looking for parents and might have to obtain some male pollen by letting some run a little longer. However, I am seeing a pretty even balance of the Purple Elephant and Grape Stomper traits in the beans we have cracked so far-no males yet.
I would like to pursue the selection process a little longer until something really "shines"
