Kinda seems to me that the Colorado forum should have at least one grow show from this Boulder based company. If anyone else has anyhting goin by these cats, feel free to post up what cha got in this thread.

These are the "Roughneck" cross. Purple rhino x Jamaican Lambsbread. 27 days from seed under an 8 light t-5.

7 of 7 germination. 1/2 tails in 24 hours. Wrappped the solo cup with roots in one week. Went into 1 gals for weeks 2-3. Transplanted into 2 gals yesterday.

Other than the token "runt".....so far, so good.

Dunno if anyone has checked out their site lately but they just released a very nice Hawaiian sativa cross that I'm guessing a few folks (me dammit!! Too bad I'm broke and will have to wait/watch someone else rock it...) here may wanna check out...

if I wasn't running a BB cut that kicks ass i'd be all over one of the BB crosses also... LOL.

gonna do my best to keep this grow updated.

Damn stoner.....:smiley_joint:

Nice, roughneck would be my choice too.... I look forward to seeing how yours turn out.

I have a couple large Roughneck and Django's I'll have to take a couple pictures of & post. They are CRAZY plants!

I'll eventually grow out some more of their stock. It's kinda unique, and very cool it's by good local folks.

Where is Crop Report....I would like to run their new strain, the Waipi'o Hapa

Sam just dropped me a Waipi'o Hapa mother a couple days ago. I'll let her settle in a couple days, then break out the razor....:ridinghorse:

Having seen the end before the beginning was a real incentive.

Just finished sexing some 21 and Django from Centennial as well. Waiting on their Further and Roughneck mothers to show up.

Droppin moms off, huh? Well that makes it easy! Fuckin A.

sign me up. i hate seeds. Had I known I woulda saved $90 and 4 months and cut through a buncha crap.

Fuckin missed the bus AGAIN! LOL

That's what I told them. Sell me clones and mothers all day long.

Running seeds is a pain, and really pumps up the plant count and consumes tons of time just to get one solid mother.

I got tons of hydroton to wash... I cant be messing around with seeds. :)

Will you have clones available of centennial strains along with meds? If thats the case I'll make the drive down to you're dispensary and give you some business. I can't afford to do much seed popping thanks to 1284. If you're not planning on it, please consider it, I'd be willing to reimburse you more than a normal clone as I know how much work is involved and apparantely I'm not the only one.

SoCoMMJ - Can't wait to see the Waipi'o Hapa in action!

I just saw they are listed as 'in stock' from the website... I better call around to see who has them and go pick up a pack! Stoked on something original! I asked Centennial Seeds for more info on Waipi'o Hapa and they told me:

The Waipi'o seed stock came to us as a
gift from a grower there who has open-pollinated these seeds for some
time. How long, I don't know. The offspring, so far, has been very
uniform.

So it may not be too horrible picking through phenos to find a decent mother? I haven't found my personal holy grail yet, so I enjoy picking through beans!

Not sure how to say this without sounding rude and don't want to derail your thread.

The Hawaiian sounds interesting. The Rhino, blueberry, sweet tooth are boring to me and other peoples work. There are enough dutch genes around already. The bud shots on their website are not ripe on their genetics offered so that is another disappointment. I would like to see some mexican sativa genes or undutched US genes and original strains from these guys and hope they step it up.

I'm here :) Been crazy-busy growing out these Hapa Haze crosses. Got some Dagestani landrace going and some Uzbeki landrace seed on the way.

Planning a massive trainwreck in about 4-5 weeks -- my whiteboard looks like a United Nations seating chart :)

SoCOMMJ -- sounds like your new lady showed up, hope she's taking to the dirt.

sky high -- thanks for running our seed. I hope you're happy with the outcome.

Sshfan -- I don't know what to say except that we're doing our best. I'm sorry my choices are boring to you. I'll try to do better. -Crop

Well Crop- just wanted to give ya props for puttin in work out here. At least someone is doin it!

SH- can't wait to see these crankin bro, should be a fun one!

Hapa Haze sounds fun. How are the flavors and aromas on those? Good luck with your trainwreck, and good to hear from you again! Sorry I haven't been on GC much, my mind can only handle one of these boards at a time, it seems...

I personally had to simplify everything I was doing. It got a bit too crazy and hectic. I had to give a way a few moms and untested sexed seedlings....

Thats interesting about the Uzbeki landrace, because they are at a very similar latitude, climate, and altitude as Colorado. Coincidentally, I was actually doing some reading into Kyrgyzstan's cannabis growing, the Issyk Kul region in particular. Seems that there are some old landraces there still to be tapped with very similar outdoor conditions as Colorado. And the region is getting a lot of refugee cannabis growers and hash makers from war torn Afghanistan! There has been a steady rise in cannabis cultivation in that region in the last 10 years, but it has been going on there for thousands...

LOL, sshfan. you flashed me back 30 years to college and a guy that used to come over to my best friend's house (she's now my wife) and sit down and proceed to tell us how good the pot >he had at home was< while trying to get us to roll a joint of our..um..."lesser" quality weed.

where da fukk were ya a few months ago when I was askin/lookin for something that will kick my ass? snicker. Like Crop...I'm doin' the best I can with the resources I have.

and hey...I haven't smoked CS's "Centennial BB" cut...but the BB cut I run is FAR from boring. If what they are breeding with resembles this cut (and I believe it could be close or the same due to the area they both came from) the resulting plants could be very, very nice, IMO.

time will tell if the smoke is "boring' or not. Sure the fuck isn't like I haven't been "there' before with 'seeds' from both sides of the pond and elsewhere. IMO, no matter "who" bred 'em it's all a gamble.

i would say that anything crop is putting out is far from boring! i once thought i was a heavy weight then crop handed me this little bong with a nice green pack, i took one hit (well a lung full) and was good for a long while so if that is boring i will take all i can get!

The Haze crosses are a while out, but I'll let you know. I understand about the multiple-board dilemma. I'm posting less and less, but I still bang on the GC.

The Uzbeki stuff is interesting and the Dagestani is supposed to be wicked-strong. All of those former Soviet Republics are treasure troves of untapped genetics. We're lucky enough to belong to a few seed collectives that have members in or near these places.

Anyhow, thanks for the post and the PM, which I can't answer, so the answer is "yes, name the day"

How are the tacos in your hood? -Crop

There's some DAMN good tripa tacos out by my hood if you like tripas. anyhoo, those uzbeki treats.... Damn Crop, sounds like there's some FIRE (where's mendel) laying in wait. Absolute gems, I like your style, keeping people on their toes with those strains. Thanks for the hard work, the local yokles appreciate it!

Is the stature of the uzbeki more hashplant, kush, or afghani? Is it similar to the tanskenti from cannabiogen?

PROPS CROP REPORT!!!
