Hey Shady diggin those new genetics you've got but Im especially liking that Chemdog's Sister. So, from all the different strains you've grown so far what is turning out to be your best producer and quality smoke.
I realize this may change with the new beans, that Guava has really caught my attention.

What type of chiller will you be using?
What's the ventilation looking like?

Yeah, I've been more than ready to pull the trigger, but looking for the best prices on equipment as I'm low on ends... To answer your question, I've got the Under Current 6 (8 gal buckets) and plan on getting a 1/10 HP JBJ Artica Chiller, and using the bedroom with a 14K btu window AC. I really want to run 1000W in a hood, but may consider two 600W hoods... And I'll prob seal the room on the second run... :thinking

Still lookin killer bro, even with time constraints!! Tell ya what tho bro, my coco gals are loving the AN...switched from AN 3pt to Sensi AB Grow and the teens are flourishing...using Connie in flower and same thing...no more 3pt for me but they all seem to be diggin it....

Look forward to your new room, the 2 600's is a good idea but I thought for 6 spots 2 1000's would get better penetration and better yield.
I'm looking at the same sys UC6xl, 2 1000w either vented hoods or adjust a wings.
Why did you choose the JBL chiller over the others?
What vent fans you thinking of using?
Will you be turning your tent into a mom/veg/clone area or will you still be using the Shady veg station?
Would like to know where you find your best deals at as I too have to be mindful of the cash flow.

Thx Socachi! Hmmm, I'm not gonna run two 1000's yet... I'll be happy to run just one if I can find a safe electrician to upgrade my panel. Maybe I'll end up with 600W in the Shady Bloom Room, 600W in the tent where I had those LED panels, and 1000W over my UC 6... :thinking

As for the JBJ Artica 1/10 hp chiller, I read many happy reviews and it's recommended by Hydro Innovations for the smaller setups...

Shady Veg Status…

I intentionally held off my veg status to allow me to prepare the Shady Bloom Room for proper ventilation and upgrades after I harvested Round 7. So here we go with an update in veg, where I’ll start with the seedlings first bump in PPM’s…

Shady Feedings… MegaGarden top-off on 9/5/10
2 Gallons of RO were added with the following mix to raise the PPM’s…
CalMag (CM): 1 ml/gal
GH Micro (Micro): 1 ml/gal
GH Grow (Grow): 1 ml/gal
GH Bloom (Bloom): 1 ml/gal
Zone (DMZ): 2 ml/gal
Total Resulting PPM’s(@ 0.5 conversion ratio): 445 PPM @ 5.90 pH

Over 2 weeks ago I changed the res for the 2nd shelf’s Ebb n’ Flow tray adding Zone and SM-90 which seems to be a good combo so far. I’ve also been experimenting with topping off the reservoir for the last couple of months. The following shot of the Shady Veg Station was taken on 9/5/10…

That Dud 3 looks extremely frosted. The nugs are particularly chunky :muscle That Chemdog's Sister nug has a nice size to her haha. I can definitely see the skunk in sensei skunk. That master x bubba looks to be the most resinous.

I'm liking those mom shots. I still have a lot to learn when it comes to mom maintenance. I have to cut back on the N as they are starting to get a little over nitrified on the bottom since those leaves are farthest from the flouro.

Can't wait to see how your seedlings turn out in nug form! Man I gotta start poppin some seeds too instead of just getting cuts.

Thx mang!!! Pop some beans... Seriously. The only clone I'm keeping so far from a club is the Master Kush x Bubba Kush... Straight fire, but the DUD#3 and Chem's Sis #1 are killer too and I wouldn't have found them if I hadn't popped dem beans in Round 3! And yeah I'm slowly lollipopping those mom's and getting them ready to bloom and put that tent to use... Got another set of mommies on the way and it will be a shady arsenal of genetics... :cool

Thx Socachi! I wish I could get the UC started, but I'm having trouble finding a safe electrician to add a 50 amp subpanel for under $500 (labor and materials). I need to research a bit more to confirm that 50 amps is capable of running an AC, chiller and the lights... :icon_dizzy:

I did some research and for the prices online, the JBJ Artica have a better BTU capacity and lower amp draw than the EcoPlus chillers, although if I had the money I'd prob get the Aqua Logic chiller with the drop-in titanium coil... :thinking

Sup bro... My Chem's Sis/D has the D smell and looks with a little more subtle high and taste, but the #1 and #4 phenos are very different. I'll keep #1 around as she's my fav, but #4 is being culled after this next Round to make space for the new gear... The DUD's are also dank, so you will def find some killer keepers... :cool
