they probably just lump sativa dom into sativa and indica dom into indica.
It seems like a good idea if they know what they are talking about. I have seen Bubba Kush labeled as a sativa a few time before and stuff like that. I hate thinking about the idea of a medical patient getting the wrong meds because someone is trying to make a buck.
If i didnt know what makeup a strain was i would like to know tho. so i can see where it would be a good idea to label them.
There are defiantly medical strains and some that are not so medical. I agree you dont see many long flowering sativas at medical shops. They just cant afford it. To run your lights twice as long for around the same overall yield just isnt happening, even if some patients may need that medicine. maybe this will change somewhere down the road with the use of new hydroponic systems that could make the extra wait time worth it in the end harvest, idk. Seems like the med scene is kush dominated a lot, OG is a good hybrid and that is a good replacement for a pure sativa i guess.
Blue dream and green crack were around for a while, flowered fast so people liked it i guess. Didnt seem that crazy strong to me tho, maybe most people were harvesting it early. I did have some SUPER bomb green crack and blue dream. not from a disp tho, and obviously the grower took real good care of the crop and knew what they were doing. I dont know the specifics to the grow but i know it was a step up from mass produced indoor commercial buds that the grower is just trying to get in the bag to sell.
Ok, i will stop rambling now...
