No I haven't ran the La Pure Kush. I always wanted to run her tho. Looks like some fire from what I have seen. Im always looking for that cut but I'm never in LA!

Well the plant looks 100% indica, no sativa in her at all. But she doesnt look like other LA PK i have seen on the forums, so i really dont know what to expect. I saw a picture of a triangle kush x deep chunk in Big Twinns Narnia journal here on the farm and they look very similar in leaf structure. Its still a seedling so im watching to see how that one turns out.

Tap water is really alkaline. Usually reads at 8.0+ so i use ph down for plain water, but when i add 30ml/gallon of CNS, the PH is a perfect 6.0 so that works perfect for me. But ive been wanting to try organic to see what the results are compared to cns. Might start fillin up 5g containers at the water place just for the organic run.

Dont worry about your tap hurting your organics bro. Like pura said all you have to do is aerate or let the water stand for awhile and you wont have any chlorine issues from your tap. Also aerating can increase the PH of your water so thats something to consider since your tap is already at around 8.0 you will most likely need to add extra down.

Ah so thats whats goin on with my water! I would always wonder why when i set the PH at 6.0, ill come back a couple of days later and the PH reads at 7. I started to set the PH @ 5.5 so it bounces back to a 6.0 and its been workin great but now i know whats goin on. Thanks HS! Im gonna have better PH control this run thanks to you bro.

Flowering Week 2 Update

Mitchy! Whats up! I didnt know you were still around. :) Are you still running that headband i remember from a while back? I drooled on my keyboard lookin at those pics lol hopin i get a keeper myself bro its about to get interesting in the next week or so. Trichs should start showin any day now.

Glad you joined the show norcal. She is a great plant, grows tight internodes and branches very well. Grows thick stems and holds itself up really well. Responds well to all types of training. I have topped and supercropped this lady a few times which made her the little bush she is.

I had an OG i started from seed that was pure fuel dank. A friend who works at a diesel repair shop was confused when i showed him a jar. He didnt know where the smell was coming from, his work clothes or the buds. He would smell his shirt, then the jar, then the shirt and then the jar again lol until i told him thats just the way the buds smelled

Im gonna call today day 19. The stretch is over, I can see trichs startin to build up and i expect to see frosted leafs in a couple days :) been dealing with a bit of overfert but seems to be under control and everything is growing good. the alien motorbreath has a strong kush smell already and it looks like a motorbreath leaner to me. Maybe a 60/40 sat dom. Cant wait to smoke some :) merry christmas farmers!

Things are lookin good no complaints at all, one thing im noticing is motorbreath smells like dank kush from far away but if i rub the trichs they dont have much smell yet. Alot of the smell comes from the stems. The funny thing is that the motorbreath nug i found the seed in didnt have much smell either but was pure fire when burned so im hopin for a similar pheno :) heres a couple more shots of Alien MB
