In the midst of building a room, I thought I'd share my little tent. Thought I'd run these with my led's just to see what they can do in flower. 3 30 watts (maybe 60 watts i forget). 2 high quality lamps, the one on the side not so great. Germed 10, 8 popped, 7 sprouted, 3 autoflowered into males. Have 4 in 3 gallon smart pots in coco/perlite mix with a layer of worm castings on the top. All organic. Sea kelp, bat guano. I use an organic root inoculate from a local nursery as well. Thats it. Healthy, squat little suckers. Transplanted today. First day of flower.

Thanks. To be honest I've already done a couple rounds in this tent so i know it will produce. Hit 4 zips with just to 2 lights above so lets see what we can do.

My camera is sucking dong today so sorry for the blurryness. Fully transplanted. Flower for sure tonight. Just wanted them all in smart pots first.

So they're coming along fine. Just wish they were vegged out longer. The mom is healthy and looks great but check out the growth on the one I put in the big room. Can't explain it. Maybe switching from organic the gh nutes? Oh well.

Back from the jungles of dankness huh mota. It's my roomies first grow so what can you do? Just glad I finally got a mom of some of your gear. Man, I've had the worst luck with your stizuff.:dull

hi ronvmpc

They look pretty good under LED, keep the good work!

Cheers

I was just smellin my keeper lady, she reaks of pineapple and then a blend of pineapple and citrus when squeezed.

Does she look like this? Same pineapple citrus smell.

Here she is at 20 days with no veg under a 1k. She put off some weird leaves possibly due to stress but I don't know. She's still stinky and smelly as fuck. I gotta move like 4 plants to get to her or I woulda took a macro.

Damn those are lookin dank man! I had two orange chemos goin, but both turned out to be male.... keep it up bro!

I have run chemo x og kush, 6 candidates. The 4 chemo dom plants would show mad preflowers under any stress or feeling rootbound in the least. She looks like she was maybe a little stressed judging by the structure. Chemo seems to want to feel rootbound. She look good though.

I found that 1 gallon of medium per 1 oz of projected yield seems to not be enough for chemo dom specimens I ran. They would preflower like that and stall in veg, it is hard trying to fill up a screen w/a chemo cross. But it is worth it.
My mom's preflowering tendency seems to come when she does not have enough healthy root mass to support the amount of foliage she has. I am hoping that a smart pot-type gig will help with that.
I think there is a good possibility that feeding the rootmass w/a topdrip, instead of letting the roots find the water and doing the work, will maybe inhibit this preflowering tendency.

I get these preflowers eventually, no matter what, under 24 hours of light with my selected chemo x og mom.
An interesting thing I saw on a chemo diary on MNS recently is that the dude has chemo males under 24 hours light with straight male clusters on males. But no pollen in bananas.

That healthy green spine on your leaves? I think that is an artifact of sufficient calcium.
When I have lacked cal in flower, the green spine shrinks back to just a little at the root of the leaf, cal defs show up, and she loses a lot of her characteristic smell and her potency. And yield.

She regresses hella quick to 1 and 3 bladed leaves that lack the perfect serrated form we are used to seeing, under any sort of perceived stress. Almost like the leaves of a recently revegged plant. She is particular about some things. She is such a challenge.

Dude chemo crosses are the way. Wait til you smoke that shit if you have not already. It only took me 6 chemo cross females to find the strongest weed I have ever smoked.

Thanks Mr. VMPC for posting up your chemo porn.
Thanks Mota, for working with chemo.
She has more potential to heal (via inflammation reduction primarily I think) than any other strain I have tried.

He cut them down at 64 days. a gram over 3 solid zips. I'd say not bad for his first grow.

Mine at day 40. Just one fat squat pineapply citrus cutie doing her thing. She came back with a vengeance from being stressed out.

I'll post cured shots when... well she's cured I guess.

yup thats the orange chemo. i like how he didnt over veg it. every time ive ran it i made it a giant bush that was prone to mold. good work with this strain!

I'm gonna give her one more run under a big light veg'd out and in big pots to she if she's a keeper. Potency is there I've just had so many problems trying to keep her healthy. Might just be a pheno thing because everything else in the veg cab is doing great. I hope she makes it.
