How often are you feeding in that bed? Just breezing through this thread. Sorry if I missed it. Also any drainage? Or sealed?

what are you feeding em? nacho cheese?
Botanicare pbp with age old grow and ill drop the grow after week 4. Roots organics trinity, sea green, liquid bone meal, seabird guano, ACT. My ACT has ewc, a little alfalfa meal which will dropped at the end of week 4 , aqua sheild abd zeus juice which is humic acid with a little kelp in it. Norcal215 just sent me some A1 roots so ill start using that for a couple weeks. So far everything is looking great imo. After the PBP is gone ill be switching to age old grow/bloom combo.

Wish I would've thought of the bed idea myself, the 4x4 seems like a good way to learn how to rock beds... Looks really proper.. And digging ur gsc canopy, can't wait to get my gsc in full flower..

So how much runoff does ur bed give off when u feed? Just curious I made a bed a while back and never trusted myself to fill it, used it as a basic table, thinking of putting it in to action soon.. Everyone kills it in beds..

thanks bro. the plants sure are loving the extra space they have to spread there legs. i dont over flood the bed at all. im looking for minimal run off. that might sound like a bad idea but im feeding light and plan on a fresh water feed for the final 3 weeks. id say fill that bed at get to planting. im sure all my flowering plants from here on out will be in beds.

@Cheese- Ya don't water beds to run off with soil. You're running organic no? I water mine to saturation by the base/rootzone. Then as you tell they drink water spread a lil more around so they chase it...after a while instead of watering heavier, i just water more often. This ensures you get wet/dry and roots chasing for better growth. Are you noticing less stretch in the beds? This round hardly even stretched at all for me...which is good thing.

@Rival- sounds good, can i send some cookies to get tested too? ;)

No sir, little to no run off. I only use 3-4 gallons on every 3rd day. The rule i go by is i wait to see the soil pull away from the sides before i water. This is my first bed and first run with gsc but i think yhe bed is helping with stretch. They were 13" at flip and now they are 26" at 2 weeks and i think they're done stretching, atleast i hope they are.
