Ok so used Nectar for two feedings now, both times from different water sources. The first time I used water from a RO water machine, "you know the one you put in a 1.50 for 5 gallons" second watering was from a brand new RO100 from at my shop.

First time, using the RO machine water with (pH unknown) I had to add 2tbsp of there pH up to get it at 6. the second time using my shops RO water at a pH of 7.25 used the same recommended dose for 2nd stage of veg I threw in two tbsp. of the pH assuming I would need it again. Well this time my pH went way above 8 had to use 3 tbsp of GH pH down to get it close to 6. Also the nutrients didn't seem to mix well this time seem like they were trying settle quickly and looked coagulated. Did I do something wrong. Im kinda unsure what happened.

Is there a better feeding chart? Or do ya'll suggest changing or a fine tuning chart?

Hey ODankGro

Glad to hear SLS is making their way into Texas. They carry the entire line of Nectar and probably have the largest inventory between them and Bloomington. We are a small manufacturer at this time and have been selective on who we choose to distribute our line. Last water we opened up Sunlight supply and they have spent a ton of money and resources to educate them selves for their customers sake. One tool we share to store owners and end users is our Monstergarden.com videos on the base nutrients and the additives. It’s about an hour long but covers the ins and outs of the products. As far as getting the products on your shelves, what did you have in mind? Due to the distance between us and you, it may be more affordable to stock through SLS. Let me know if there are any road blocks as you go and we will help make it easier.
The mint smell originally was to mask the smell of dead animals, liquified and stored in plastic. When we make most of these products fresh, it is alms unbearable to be in the mixing room while they are digesting. We ad the mint so that customers won’t be offended when using the line. But it is funny you mention the bug issue. Because initially the mint was to mask aroma. But after some trial runs and some lab work, we were finding that the mint was slowing down the communication capabilities of non-beneficial insects in the soil. So kind of a two birds one stone scenario.
Let me know your thoughts about the line and always feel free to reach out with questions as you go. Your garden is our marketing plan.
Happy Growing

is it the demeters destiny? I use that with Bloom K . Came with the sample box.

Since I am just tinkering with the line and still using the daily feeds hand watered head/lucas for a base & for NOTG have been going with the demeters in veg and flower at 4m gallon with bloom khaos 2x weekly heavy foliar feeds until flowers start getting developed enough I am scared to spray (week 4-5 strain dependent) then once I drop the BK 2 weeks moab and then 2 weeks of Herculean Harvest at 25ml gallon with plain water.

only the last 2 plants I ran got that treatment and they turned out very nice..the next 7 I have going in flower have all been given this basterdized combo of nutrients and I must say they are loving it right now..stinkier healthier just all around more vigorous then previous runs.

I also really really like the fact that the line seems to set my ph between 5.8-6 and since I run coco/perlite mix it works for me.

Sometimes when I add a pk booster it gets a little low and then I just bust out the olympus up(ph up) that was included with the NOTG line.
I seen that on the feeding chart & wanted some... I need 2 try some of that syrup
Not the Demeters...It hasn't even come through my shop yet and we're very close friends of Scott's. No name to the product yet.

I think the same exact thing everytime I open the bag too... I also use liquid bonemeal and haven't been admitted to the hospital for mad cow.. yet. I am about to take the plunge and do a round with the Nectar for the Gods full line. Will be keeping my eye on this one for sure goo.

Did he give you a reason why the new secret Calcium ingredient couldn't be added to the Demeters or the Aphrodite? Or the herc? I just wonder if the Calcium syrup needs to be a separate bottle or they choose to make it a separate bottle...chemistry versus $$$, lol

I bought one bag of Scott's mix #4 from my favorite grow store and emailed nectar's website and asked if it was ok for seedlings. Scott personally emailed me back and told me it was ok . I make my own soil (tlo soil mix courtesy of slap14 in the organic soil forum) but the seedlings took off right away, and the soil had a nice fuzz growing on it after one watering.
Was really happy with the soil, but was really impressed that te owner emailed me back personally. Good customer service.

the customer service from these guys is fantastic .

emailed with Scott , and have decided (based on those emails) to actually stick with Coco and use the nectar . ( had planned to switch to 707 ) So will be an organic coco run for me . Ill probably start a little log over in coco forums (vs HG ) ..

Free samples is be best marketing scheme known to man, a man backing a company like he does just blows me away, my favorite company as of now is botanicare,I just absolutely love them. I usually brew my own recipes of teas. but my recipe maybe inferior to theirs which I can only imagine is true

seems alot of guys that ended up with samples are here at the farm and on another forum there is a moab vs nectar of the gods thread for the boosters.

+rep goo
is it a Nectar 4 the gods grow & the test is with M.O.A.B & nectar Vs the nectar line alone? That sounds like a nice test.... I always love bloom boosters like M.O.A.B at the end.
