So I have set up an auto watering system for my coco grow. I have a 400gph pump that is inside a reservoir. My issue is, once there is continuous water pressure going out each spaghetti line, when the pump stops, it continues to water the plants through osmosis. So when the pump stops, it keeps suctioning water out the res. It does not have as much pressure as when the pump is on, but will drain out my res through the plants over time if I do not pull the pump out of the water to stop the continuous water pressure. I was curious if they made a pressure valve, so the valve will only open when a certain water pressure is pushed through it, or something along those lines. Picture of the set up is below. Any critiques or questions let me know. The PVC is connected as a rectangle, which is hooked up to a hose, which is hooked up to a pump inside my res.

You need a back flow preventer or you could just punch a small hole into the irrigation tubing in the reservoir. If you go this route when the pump comes on a small stream of liquid will spray out of the hole and back into the reservoir and when the pump stops it will break that vacuum that is causing the drippers to continue to drip once the pump is off.

@Seed Buyer You are a genius, poking a hole should definitely work. I tried hooking up three check valves to the line and somehow there was still enough pressure to keep a continuous flow going. They were like dripping.
