Yup we picked all maters and in 15 years of our garden nothing comes close to the mater crop..
I would say 40 to 50 bushels easy at 20 lbs each..
Apples also insane...
Cheddars hard as rock, the cherry sliders are a bit light bud wise but that's the strain..
Thinking will do some cheddar today to keep in stash and slam it when help arrives, pretty sure the crew is heading your way as well to help.....And thos hazes..OH OH OH, can let em go safe and warm in GH>>>>>>

Its meant to be 31 tonite. The tops are off, well cover whats left. After tonite the forecast looks good for the next few weeks to finish up.

The Slyders seems really SLOW this year. They WILL harden up....and frost well. I'm seeing the same thing here as my big girl is a good 3-4 weeks behind the Cheddars. The lone CS girl I took yesterday was 4 ft + tall and still had a way to go...but since she was destined for the hash bucket and it wasn't feasible to cover here out there all by herself (nor would she put on anymore weight after such cold)....I hacked the bitch. Gotta go through more of those seeds and find the real deal Cherry pheno....

Gotta get this shit done....I ordered 2 sliding doors...2 front entry doors and 6 windows yesterday....time to switch belts from weed trimmer to construction/demo hack....LOL. Hoping to make some serious changes to this place before the snow flies...

it's always something. So much for "retirement" being a sit-on-yer-ass affair. We are working more.harder now than we ever did working for someone else...LOL. Can I get a few more hours in the day...please?

We arent going to cover the maters, its meant to be under 32 for a few hours. Im dining room is full of stuff to be canned, but the canners are full of butter makings today. If I had to guess just the tops will be burned. I do not relish the thought to cleaning off those 35 paste tomato plants, but well get to it soon.

We had garden tomatoes up til 1st of feb last yr.

I planted these this year and have never seen such a HUGE "paste" tomato. Dunno what you're growing Mendel but these are worth a shot/highly recommended here....

scoop were growing heidi and martinas roma from sandhill preservation center. These do the best for us here, picked from trials weve done.

Taking my first tomorrow, blue cheese. She is blue, sparkly and dense. Some of my bigger girls still have green leaves and white pistils! We have good weather for the next couple of weeks, whew!
Good luck to all!

The night before last, I wrapped plants & placed fans & a sm heater. Had heavy ice on the windshields, but plants were all good.
Last night only went to 37* for the low. Some are starting to turn purple, and look amazing. Others may not finish, the 2 sativa.

Had a water main break yesterday. Knowing the guy leaning on the shovel is a thief, makes for a long day. Have to pay a guard for this evening. We're celebrating my Dad's birthday with dinner.

In the upper 20's again here. No worries though.... the girls are wrapped up tight under 2 layers of plastic and the heaters are jammin'. Same shit here, guys. Whatever that Cherry Slyder got crossed with sure extended the flower time.

Daytime temps are incredibly nice. 70F and sunny. More than likely....as we did yesterday..... we'll just sit out in the patch to trim. Needless to say....if the wife didn't get high I'd be in the doghouse in a BIG way. Because she does smoke...all I've heard (repeatedly) as she trims, trims, trims is "You're insane".... :smoking:

LOFL....and just as I've wrapped my head around not having a market share in this legal bastion (OK...so it's taken YEARS to knock this shit into my head) ....I've found an outlet locally that said they will take all I can offer..... but...damn....that would mean I'd have to truly manicure a buncha this shit up.

Nah.....let's just make hash for ourselves. :D Moving it out would just make me sad @ today's prices. Fuck dat.
