so in our conversation you stated you were using coco loco
you then stateted you were using coco loco as well as sunshine mix

above you stated that you were in sunshine mix and that you are now gonna be using promix once the sunshine is done

this is all in a matter of a few days

YOU CANT OVER FEED AND BURN YOU PLANTS WITH EJ!!!!!
you could probably pour the entire bottle of EJ through your plant and it would have no effect

if you are bubbling your nutrients to raise the ph.....you dont need to.....the buffer in the medium will do that for you
if you still want to keep doing it
then bubble until you reach a ph of 6.5....
5.8-6.2 is for HYDROPONICS
again bad information due to lack of communication
if you cant reach 6.5 within 24 hours
the next batch raise the ph to 4.5 with ph up before bubbling
then bubble til 6.5

if was usng a ph up id not bubble then

im in PROMIX I took all the coco plants out and why u acting like im phing for hydro said I was phing at 6.5

and u plz tell me what that burning is in the pics I posted plz

by the way so we all on the same page sooooooooooo far there is nothing wrong with my plants the new ones I put in

I was just posting as a update to show they where not all yellow and dryd out like before and looking sexy

the slight burn is from the CalMg
probably to much N and an overload of Ca
the nutrient deficiency is from lockout or an over abundance of one thing or another
could even be lack of light in that area

have about 1000w in one room and 815 on the other so don't use cal mag what is wrong with this leaf??

Depending on the mix you are using you may or may not burn your plants by over feeding. It is certainly possible, but not easy with organics.

This thread is uh... very confusing to me but I'm going to go out on a limb here and try to give a suggestion....

I believe that everyone here is trying with the best of their abilities to explain techniques and growing principles concerning the nutrients you are using, but it's hard to diagnose because you are using so many different bottles.

Humor me and maybe try a little experiment sometime with a couple new plants if you are willing. Get your PROMIX, and grab a bag of MAXIBLOOM. Full strength at 7g per gallon of tap water(less if plants are smaller) pH 6.0-6.4. Wallah it contains every nutrient you need from seed to harvest. You won't get lock out from weird pH swings, or over abundance of other nutrients unless of course you overfeed but it's much easier to balance a 1part nutrient than to balance a million bottles. I've seen impressive grows with maxibloom alone. If you want to go the organic route and stick with earth juice then I would suggest ditching promix and getting a soil higher in organic matter but it's going to be a lot more complicated.

that dude is speaking in generalized terms

you are on a sight with many expert cannabis growers that grow your specific type plant
that guy is a salesman and nothing else

as for the deficiency I am almost 100% sure you have a magnesium deficiency
by the yellowing of the leaves and the fact you have purpling stems
you can remidy this by adding epsom salt to you nutrient mix
$3.00 for a 5lb bag at walmart

in all truth I was using foxfarm and keep getting death so over the years I got sick of it and people talked me In to organic bc of no salt not im banging my head on the wall trying to figure this crap out so I went from not knowing what was going on to being lost and not knowing what is going on

I don't care what line of nute I use as long as its good so far im super happy with my growth with earth juice that is why im not sure whats going on people keep coming at me saying I need to do this in that but if u looked at the pics I posted yesterday what is wrong with the plants no yellow or drooping I sent pics showing how happy I am with it and now im freaking bc I am being told im doing it wrong still

I thought I was just told it was not a calmag problem
don't give them mag now u want me to spray with mag water hehe

and for every one to be on the same page that is a pic of a old leaf was being told I was wrong was not a calmag prob but I gave them calmag and they turned green n sexy my PLANTS ARE HEALTY IT WAS A UPDATE


all coco is gone all promix

a MAGNESIUM PROBLEM
there is no such thing is a Calmg problem
those are 2 differ elements
Magnesium shows yellowing and ......Purple stems....which you have

the guy said....." depending on the mix you are using"
which tells me he dosnt have a clue what you are actually doing

we here on this sight know what we are doing
that weed easy sight is fun to look at
and take with a grain of salt

if your plants are happy then do what ever you are doing

if your plants are showing the yellowing
you have a magnesium problem....not calcium
so epsom salts takes care of that immediately
and no you dont need to spray

you simply add to the reservoir 1 gram per gal
