the first two weeks things seem slow while they are growing some root structure, a normal occurrence with my starts.

Judge with your hand by holding it under the light about 30cm from the bulb for about 30 seconds.. if your hand doesn't heat up to where it feels it could burn a plant, then set your lights according to that. The further your lights the more the seedlings will stretch. Too close and it's fried.. Just use your feels

I'm no expert on led lights but figure if they stretching like you say it's because they shooting to find the light.

2 things... one take a straw and slice it down the middle. Put it around your seedling if it falls. Your led needs to be closer but Def watch so as not to burn her. Sec thing. Don't even consider moving her from that led to under a 600 watt without a few thoughts.. like that 600 needs to be way high like 4 foot and slowly lower it to 18 to 24 inches. When I say slowly I mean over the whole week! Plus you need to make sure you can remove that heat from your light AND this big hid will change your rh levels right under and u may need to adjust for that... good luck brother!

What was your median? That hid and low rh it will cause will change how quickly your pot dries out so be prepared for that. You need to monitor anytime you make changes in the garden... or you may open the tent to something you don't want to see....

If you have added soil to make the stalk shorter and moved your lights down,,i bet it will be just fine. Sun Valley is correct about the back of the hand thing.
