Morning, Giggy. Hope the wing is coming along. I didn't do the doc's therapy. I did my own. Was afraid I'd cold cock one of those pretty little therapists.
I'd climb in the shower, run it as hot as I could stand, and let my hand do the spider crawl up the wall as high as I could get it. After a few months, I could get it as high as the other one. Still have pain, but I think it's just plain old arthritis.
