ph'd water is the way I would go. May add some calcium if its not in your water.View attachment 846276 View attachment 846278 View attachment 846277 View attachment 846275 Hi guys - so my White Widow Auto Flower is in its 10th week. After last Nute feed on Saturday (General Hydroponics 2MLMicro and 2MLBloom + 2ML Cal-Mag) which was half the recommended dose - I noticed that some of the leaf tips have turned brown - and a few leaves at the bottom have turned yellow - not sure if it’s Nute burn or the plant reaching end of its cycle. I flushed it today with fresh water just in case it’s a Nute burn.
I think the buds still need another 2-3 weeks to mature. So do I feed my plant again on Saturday, considering that 2-3 weeks left till the buds mature, or do I just continue with fresh water only till harvest?
Thank you for the feedback! - l’ll keep on posting progress on the plant - The yellow leaf tips got me a bit worried - but everything else is okay, I’ll wait for another 2-3 weeks till some more pistons turn darker.Even if you correct the nuit burn the leaves will carry on showing signs for burn well after you make changes, look to your new growth to see how your plant is doing. Just keep going with what your doing. And keep feeding. Still quite a few white hairs to turn yet. Maybe 2 or 3 weeks left, remember that over feeding slows growth.
Yes I’ve reduced the feed strength to 1/4 of the recommended dosage.Just make sure you backed off the nuits a bit to stop the burning and you should cruise this grow.
You have too much compost in the mix.Be carefull, dont add more N with your nutes. Also compost retains more moisture and it could be hot on fertz, mostly veg ferts usually( it depends).....Not always best when the plant is flowering or if it is auto:)The base(the peat in that case)should be more, about 40%, more perlite-about 40% and just a little compost-about 20%.....:)It’s Mix of peat moss (25%), Perlite (25%) and multipurpose compost (50%).
Yes, no. Wait until the plants start to stall or look hungry . Ffhf comes pretty "hot"Has anyone used FFHF soil for autos? Do you or would you add anything to the soil? I'm trying to keep it budget friendly. Thanks!
I was talking perlite or a filler. I am doing a grow journal here https://www.420magazine.com/communi...me-grow-catching-you-up-on-the-action.458315/ but going to do WW autos next.Yes, no. Wait until the plants start to stall or look hungry . Ffhf comes pretty "hot"
