That usually happens when you repot a plant in a bigger pot and dont put it deep enough. Or the dirt in your new pot is too loose so when you water it, it settles down, the old dirt and roots being compact stays.

It can also happen if you always poor water on the same spot and wash the top layer of dirt away. Normally proper repotting and watering that doesnt happen.

Well, I was all set to throw them away, but I did this instead. Complete budget cloning. Made my own biome, out of plastic bags. Just trying to warm them up and then I'm going to have the hubs clear space in what was supposed to be my apothecary cabinet, but is now the European board game cabinet. I think I want to put them in the dark for a bit.

Tray is fashioned out of a monthly subscription box I get, as is the divider.
Popped them in Root Riot cubes.
Outlined the box with parchment paper.
Sprayed bottom with mist.
Put everyone in their cubes. Misted them down.
Enclosed in shopping bags. (Not my ideal, prefer no plastic, but can't find my paper bags)
Super fancy, huh?
Still going in with the mindset that whatever will be will be.

You will have more success if you just do it the usual way.I mean we all want to invent something new and different but the easiest/fastest ways to clone already have been invented...:)

Thank you for your patience. I will be sure to take heed when I have available means and energy to do so. 🙏

Hey guys , this is the node that looks strange to me , but on second thought i think its just a bumpy sativa style node , and maybe those are overgrown leaf spurs ..... if they grow rootlike then i will be surprised .... but pretty sure its normal

She looks great!
Hey MIM thanks , yea shes loving life in tropical sunlight , in her natural environment , got her in a bat guano , pro mix and mixed natural compost and some perlite ....

She gets unlimited 12 hours hot sun , aparrently no pests except some funky little land crabs that start eating on her , only on occasion , cant imagine why , maybe for moisture or to catch a buzz ?

Those are mites. My sister had them all in her hair once when we were younger. Different type of beach though, East Coast.
