Kind of a bummer, these ladies are all ready for transplant into final containers. This little seed switcheroo will set me back about 3 weeks or more. Oh well, these will be useful still. I'll use these as preggo moms for building my seed stash lol. Honestly it's time for something new new. As good as they are I'm kinda tired of running the same shit over and over.View attachment 1002698
Now this has me excited.

Me too man. I wont be able to fill the room because I'll have to pull males once I flip,... but whatever. It will be worth it to get some new variety, and to make a shit ton of seeds with my Platinum cookie moms.
I think it sounds like a shot ton of fun. I'm happy I'm spending this year doing new things and learning. Not ready to chuck pollen yet but pumped to see you go at it.

I'm not really ready yet either lol.. But I want to get this PC into seed stock sooner than later. I think the cross with Dragon Cheese is going to be good.. I've got a few males to choose from, hoping to find one with some purple in it.

The Lord almighty has flowering males already outside. This cross of mighty mite and God bud is growing with tremendous hybrid vigor, curious to see how it flowers, since both varities finish early outdoors for me, I'm hoping I can use this variety at some point for developing hardy, fast finishing strains for the Canadian outdoor climate. Just need to breed in some flavour... I think I'll hit the Cookies with this too, might hit the cheese with it as well.

@Kanzeon I'm hitting that Lavanda cream right now and gotta say, it's real nice smoke. The flavor has really developed over the last week for sure. Not the nicest bag appeal, flowers came out kinda foxtailed and fluffy on this one, but they're very crystally and smell/taste really nice, which is what matters. I think I'll dust one with pollen from my mighty mite god cross. I get the feeling this would make an excellent outdoor variety. And the burn on this badboy is just stellar!. Even in a thin Hemp paper she is burning grey ash and holding a nice cherry without going out, even smoking it lazily by myself. Not harsh at all, nice cool flavorful smoke... Delicious.

Dont get mad at me bro but the ash looked whiter and the resin more apparent from your pro mix and pbpgrow only run.

I only comment because you posted so many joint pics then. ;-)

Looks are decieving I guess?. Im not sure what to say lol, I'm not lying about this crop being of superior quality than previous crops. It just is, and without question this crop burns far better, and is more resinous than my last several crops. If it wasnt I would go back to doing whatever worked best, I'm not about to continue using an inferior system just because..
I also just started using super thin papers, to most peoples horror I used to use zig zag blue quite often. A lot of the pics I took of the promix pot was rolled in blue Zags.

Oh @Dirtbag i wanted to tell you that the finished flowers despite the root aphids are very potent and have more smell and flavor than my pure blend pro crops even after a couple days jarred grown in pro mix hp and dyna grow foliage pro and protect. I dropped the protect the last 2 weeks or so and tapered down the FP.

I may get a new bale and run the next crop the same way. I think my veg plants that were next up and the 3 and 4 week plants i destroyed may have been the biggest and best ever.

Definitely Pro Dyna Grow at this point.

Yeah Dyna gro is apparently the balls. I really wish I could get it easily.
And funny I found the same when I had RA's. Reduced yield but I actually found them somewhat more potent. Thinking about it I chalked it up to the root stress being beneficial for potency and terp development, despite it being overall harmful to the plants and reducing yield.

Sort of like how you can stress tomato plant roots with a high ec of an NPK with high P to force an increased production of lycopene and a more flavorful tomato. But yield is greatly reduced, which is why you'll never see a commercial tomato grown that way.

I was thinking the same thing about stress but the much less affected plants from last month are also noticably more resinous than before.

Im surprised less organic inputs didnt hurt the quality.

Of course i need to grow a lot more plants to be sure.

To really compare you should also be using clones of the same well known strain. There is so much variability from seed it would be hard to pinpoint what is doing what.
But I have no doubt DG and promix is a match made in heaven. I know for sure coco and DG is absolutely outstanding.
