First Grow, Bedroom Closet lol : Nebula

Hey folks,
Well this is my first grow, I tried to be as prepared as possible before I started. It worked out pretty well as far as I'm concerned and I learned a lot in the process. Some things I'll change, some things I'll do the same! So here we go!

I went with a Deep Culture Hydroponics system, with Hydroton pellets and air bubblers and water fountain pumps. I used Advanced Nutrients: Micro, Grow, and Bloom. It worked well enough, but I've switched to the Canna nutrients since then. I also used a 400w Metal Halide during the veg period, and a 400w HPS for flowering.

The first pic is the bedroom closet that I set up in. The two larger plants are Nebula, and the smaller sativa is Super Lemon Haze.

The Second pic is the "canopy" after about a month of vegging. It literally went from wall to wall inside the closet, lots of tops, I was happy!

Third pics just the flowers mid-stage.

Fourth is the sad scene after harvest.. lol.

And last but not least, the final product! :)

First of all nice job man.. secondly how did you get super lemon haze?... also what size (gallon) are those buckets?

hell yea i used the same shit dch system and it come out great as well but i have moved on to a more product line of growing im in demand i love this hick state ha ha

Irie, I used 5 gallon buckets and filled them with about 3 gallons of nutrient solution at a time. I got a clone of the Super Lemon Haze from a friend and he got the seeds while he was in Amsterdam for last years Cannabis Cup. I made sure to clone that one up so I can keep the strain going! :)

freakin nice man.. I smoked some of that my friend got it..SLH is dense and you can really see the crystals on 'em.. how much did you pull off of just one of those buckets?

Thanks man, yeah i love that stuff, i can never keep hold of it for too long, haha. Super crystally and super dense for sure, and smells awesome. I actually got a QP off of one bucket alone, out of both buckets combined I got just about a half pound. Ill definitely continue on with this strain, so far so good!

cool.. because I got a DIY from hererisssh and I figure I use about four gallons of water to nute mixture.. so that gives me a number to shoot for.. also i'm digging the avatar.. "remember remember the fifth of November" I love that movie...

Great results with your first grow brah over 1/2 gr. per watt thats awsome with a 400..... EYE Hortilux makes an 430HPS that is 58,500 Lumens thats compatible with 400W ballasts...it rips...nice lookin nugz

Haha thank you much, Remember Remember, the 5th of November. All time favorite movie, plus thats my birthday, so dont forget! hahaha.
As far as my nute mixture, I have some 5 gallon water jugs that i bought from the grocery store, i fill those up with my RO filter and then ill mix in a 5 gallon nute recipe into those and let them sit for a couple hours. I use Canna nutes and they have a nutrient calculator on their website thats pretty damn handy, so I know exactly what ratio for ml/gal to use. But that all depends on your nute brand anyways..

Funny you say that cuz thats the exact bulb Im using on my new batch of Super Lemon Haze, I can already tell theyre gona be more dense, the pistils are so packed and the colas are already super thick, I have at least 4 more weeks on it too. The bulb is legit, runs fine, doesnt make the room too hot either.

Haha thanks man, smoke wise, the nebula is one of my faves. Its a strong high but its focused and I dont ass out at parties or get cemented to the couch or anything. If you can get your hands on it, much worth a try, its an easy win.

Looking good so far! Way to go.

Interested to see how your nutes work out for you since I've been doing the Advanced Nutrients thing for so long now that I forget what happens with others nutes.

I'll do my own private, side by side by holding my plants up to the computer. LOL...not really.

From what I remember, Nebula gives you a heady, confusing high. You know you're high, but in a strange way. I still gets requests for it.......
