Here's the full plant ..it seems like these new fan leaves coming in are covering up all my bud sites...what should I do?
Do a lot deep foliation of your fan leaves that are covering the bud sites. Don't go too crazy with it, but just remove the fan leaves that are covering up the most important bud sites. And if you're now getting the bud rot issue, I would start a regular regimen of a fungicide to help combat it. I use Trifecta and neem oil. They're both natural. They seem to work really good in conjunction with each other. The name, oil and trifecta mix also helps. Keeps the border beetles and the aphids and mites at bay as well. And with you going in the flower that's going to attract a lot more bugs cuz it's going to have that nice sweet smell to it more likely and then bugs. Love that! S***.

It’s time in the season to pull out my secret weapons! Cha-Ching is worth its weight in gold at the end and Open Sesame always put my start production into overtime.

So I fucked up today. This is old pic, but this is where I work. These are autos. Photos are down by the building. Which is where it happened. We were fucking plucking, you know defoliating. Just baking in the hot sun, when I noticed some plants were showing back of leaf. I thought this is heat stress, they will be fine. Then manager came out, and said "hey what's wrong with these?" I said this strain doesn't seem happy in the sun. By now they are drooping. Im feeling like shit. He said "run a loop" and then noticed it in other plants. We ran more water. Nobody died. But when you are pretty confident in your growing skill level, and something like this happens, very humbling. It's waay different growing commercial plants.
Just putting in my two cents—do not want to offend or overstep . @shaganja I don’t think you should feel badly about what happened. Just my opinion, but I think it’s more the manager’s fault for setting the site up the way it is— it’s not on you. Just my opinion. They’re young plants in full sun on white rock which retains heat in white smartpots— rock and anything white both reflect and intensify light and heat. They’re too little and too far apart to have shade even from their own foliage. If you’re not super on top of moisture content, that soil can dry so quickly that water will run right through it. No offence to the manager, but that ain’t gonna work. Maybe your skills being obviously more developed than his is an opportunity for you to advance in the organization…Commercial isn’t really so different—trust what you know about growing. Use that knowledge to set up the site—just think it through…

You could seriously rock that site…but remember to get a fair contract before you show them how much more you can produce for them!

The pic is from mid October 2022, in Mendo at a relatively high elevation for that area. Temperature and precipitation can swing to extremes. On this site we did beds, but personally I like giant smartpots because I feel I can be more precise.

THIS IS A FULLY PERMITTED, LICENSED, AND CURRENTLY COMPLIANT FARM. ALL DOCUMENTATION AVAILABLE ON REQUEST.

PS: That girl in the pic is not me. For real.

Don’t do anything those leaves you have are providing energy honestly I think you’ve already taking away way too many leaves as is. Let it grow buddy.
Yea I took alot off I hope I didn't fuck it up and I stayed in 3 gallon pots and recently my plants started drooping a day n half to 2 days after watering now today they are drooping after 24 hours...will they be able to finish in 3 gallon? Will I just have to water more? I'm cool with that
