Definitely! The ground dwellers are the worst too. It always seems like I don't see them until I step right on a yellow jacket colony.. then it's off to the races🤣.

Survival of the fittest. You don't have to be the fastest, as long as you aren't the slowest 😅

I'm okay with them in the Spring and Summer 'cause they collect insects to feed their young, but not in Fall.

"Yellowjackets are beneficial because they eat caterpillars and flies, but become nasty in late August or September as they develop a “sweet tooth” for sugary foods like candy, ice cream, pop and other beverages."

Ain't that the truth! I need to keep it in mind next season.

Already drawing up some plans! I have a spot in mind... but it's going to be back breaking trying to clear it out. So much damn Japanese knotweed in these parts. Do you get any of that in your neck of the woods?
Got a lot of open ground around here! Would be great if it was legal! There’s always a catch!😁✌️

If bugs eat bugs they are on my OK list, but when they start eating my ice-cream that's where I draw the line! 🤣

Couple a outdoors ones. I chopped one of the okiexcman from outdoors. The one the bug was in. Bored a hole right into the stem and I decided it's choppin time.

Indoor news:
The window rejects and Big Booty Bluecheese are flowering. Thick for low light neglected plants. Ill post up pics soon

The Big Booty Bluecheese and the other windowsill rejects aren't too bad considering the amount of neglect and mistreatment they get. Definitely going to end up in the hash project pile, but ill have a couple nice nugs off them. Very little soil and nutrients. If I do another big booty clone I might set up a drip system.

Glad I still have a mother of this one in the tent. She's a good one for a small space. Good advice from Mr. T:

The good, the bad, and the ugly.

The peppers are all ripening up. I don't know if the aphid stress made them hotter. Took a bite and chopped the rest for a salad dressing. Really sweet fruit flavor but a lot of heat.

Most of the plants are ready or at least damn near. I wish I saw the gnick video about iso spray and botrytis, but this one was chopped. Only this branch hit, but I figured the trichs are all cloudy anyway.. it's choppin time.

The rest of the outdoors at this location should be down by the end of next week depending on the weather.

I feel your pain. Fingers crossed I can keep something from my grow and the weather has been glorious so started taking fan leaves off. And switched to cutting out bud sites with Botrytis. Lots, too many, but even if I lost half, I'd still have enough. It's just depressing to have to do it to a beautiful plant.

You got this CPur! I'm the same. i run into trouble that way indoors too. I never want to cut back anything. And if I do, it all goes in the cloner.... 🤣 no room, and the reason why I have the rejects flowering in my kitchen.

I can't bring myself to cull them 😅.

A word of warning... if you do start an indoor run you'll be hooked and there ain't no turning back. It can give you a bit of a "God complex" controlling every aspect of their life and environment.

Thanks for that. Your kitchen looks, and probably smells, amazing. LOL

These plants propagate like crazy. The serrated leaves grow a whole new plant at each point. I took a few little ones off a big mother I have in my window and put them in this cup and stuck them in the corner of the veg tent. Just add water. They grow a lot faster with 18/6 than in my window 😂
