Initially I was doing lower buds because I wanted to isolate the pollen from un pollinated buds but I ended up leaving the female next to the male so I just sacrificed the whole plane

You will have a ton of seeds lol. The bud is still usable. You can run it through bubble bags or if you have an extraction unit of some sort. Just pick as many seeds as you are willing too out of it. You can then smoke it, decarb for edibles. Or even just break it all down for rolling (not what I would do lol)
