I thought I posted this picture, but apparently not -- this is my Sour Diesel after a 20 day veg and the majority of her stretch.

The second picture is a picture of the OG Kush after the same amount of veg -- 20 days..

She was bushmastered to help reduce stretch @ .4ml per gallon.

Lovely ladies! It will be great to see them fatten up around the room. Do you have any troubles with the croutons? Do you find you need to flush often? How do you prep them--just a day in ph5.5 water? And I probably just keep missing it, but did you say how long you vegged the Jacks? They look amazing. Hope you don't mind all the questions. Thanks.

Hey buddy. Thanks!

The croutons I love! I give them plain PH'd water every about 4 feedings or so. They honestly dont need it most of the time but I think they love it and respond well to it.

I dont prep them at all. I transplant dry, and feed them with a nice thing of water to insure everything gets wet. The pot will end up being SUPER heavy and over-watered, but only for the first watering. I then slowly water the tops of the 4" blocks and edges to get the roots to search for the water and because I think the top dries out quicker then the bottom when there is no root mass (obviously).

The veg with the jack was a very long time, much longer then needed. Probably around 8 weeks.

What brand of croutons do you use? Saw the Grodan make some angry ph problems even with the pre-soak. And do you spray the tops of the buckets for mold or use anything? I always see mold if they're not covered. Thanks again.

Extremely impressive... what word is more than extremely? If you think of one - that's the one I meant to use.

Fricken awesome.

Hey there. I noticed the 4" blocks like to build up with green algae as well. I think that is from them sitting moist, for too long. I havn't noticed any issues with this, though,.

I use Grodan RW cubes this past run. I've done two batches with two different type of croutons and havn't seem to have any PH problems except the PH slowly rising. I believe this is from the salt-build up in the medium itself. Flush with some h2o every once in awhile and they'll thank you greatly.

MsJones! Thank you!!

Very clean and simple hannaman.

Your OG looks frostier than a rap artists wrist.

I love the magnum hoods... if only adjust a wings were air-cooled:cool0019:

You mentioned getting more oscillating fans... is it because of a humidity or temp. challenge?

Hey guys thanks for stopping by.

The OG turned out great, and was chopped early indeed.

The Magnum hoods are amazing, couldn't ask for anything more.(except maybe vertical) Have you considered putting your wings over a cool tube??

More OSC fans -- humidity more-so then temp, but not in the room, just in the center of the canopy. I need air coming from top / bottom as well as direct .. or else there is no air movement which equals high humidity.

The room is actually torn down now, but I hope to get back on track.

A work of art. Out of curiosity what's your feeding schedule like? What nutes are you pumping? Do you mix it up for the different strains? I really like the ideal of utilizing the croutons like that. You hand watered every day during bloom, what if you missed a day? Did you feel confident that if for some reason you had to skip a day the ladies wouldn't dry out? Thanks and again, a thing of beauty you had there.

Howdy Lunchbox. Feeding schedule I was constantly changing, trying to figure out what worked best for me. The OG and Sour D fed differently then Jack. Lots more cal mag, quite a bit more nitrogen. Jack i didn't feed cal mag using R.O water throughout the entire cycle, rooted clones to harvested flowers.

Typically I transplant in about 900-1000 PPM, any strain, into a 4 or 6 inch block. Once they pop roots through the bottom (3 or more) Ill transplant them into the buckets of croutons, and feed aroudnd 1000 ppm until I gradually go up. I typically max my PPM out at about 1800 in flower and flush with plain PH'd RO whenever I want. I've gone weeks without flushing but typically I try to flush after about 4 feedings. Obviously if I see anything I don't like I back off and give them some plain R.O ... they actually seem to really enjoy the fresh aqua.

I could water really heavy and miss a day. The plants were about 5 feet though, give or take, so they get thirsty rather quickly...the Sour D especially, everything else could go 2 days NO PROBLEM. Sour D needed HEAVY watering to go 2.

How many grams per watt did you end up pulling. Nice job, like the set up.

Sweet! I just might have to do run of a few ladies to see how it works out. I'm setting up a room and figure that while I setup, I can run half the room under soil while building a drip system for the other half. Instead of all soil maybe do half soil and half croutons and see how it works out for me. Also what are you using to cool the lights? I'm looking to run 8 1k xxxlssplit into 2 rows of 4 i'm just not sure how many cfms to pull through to sufficiently cool em down. Roughly what have you found that worked ofr you? Thanks again.
