    315w Cmh And Air Conditioning

I just told you why in my last post. Yes, more than one person told me I'm not good, I got that. I don't think or know I'm good. I know that I ran 4 DEs w/ 20k BTUs of cooling. 3,780w of cmh with 12k BTUs of cooling is a completely different situation, hence the thread. So while I don't know if...

    315w Cmh And Air Conditioning

It is true. I asked because I'd be dropping 8k BTU's of cooling while only dropping 220w of light. Wanted to see if anyone else has went with similar numbers. Don't understand all the "lols" but yeah, I'll go ahead and try.

    315w Cmh And Air Conditioning

The room is 12x8x7, canopy is 10x8x7... I just had 4000w of DE's in there and 20k BTU cooled the room, so I know for sure I don't need to double or triple the cooling now that I've knocked off 220w of light... I was hoping with all of the stuff I've heard about cmh's running cooler than hps that...

    315w Cmh And Air Conditioning

Found myself in a tough spot and gonna attempt to cool 12 315w cmh lights with a 1 ton air conditioner. Does this sound doable to any of you cmh guys?

    3100k Vs 4200k

What makes you say this? I've literally only heard the opposite.

    3100k Vs 4200k

Too expensive to go with one for veg and one for flower. Not gonna buy 24 bulbs for 12 lights. May just end up going half and half, but from everything I've seen the 3100k performs better...

    3100k Vs 4200k

Have 12 315 fixtures, about to pull the trigger on bulbs. Have been told 3100k bulbs are the way to go particularly if I'm running a short veg (10-14 days). Leaning towards going 12 3100k but open to mixing 6 3100k/6 4200k. Does anyone have any experience with both setups?

    Blew Out A Circuit

Something strange happened this morning. I went into the room and the light was on (not LED, the room's actual light connected to the switch). So I check to see if the outlet works and it does. I don't get what's going on or why the circuit works again all of a sudden but it does. Does this...

    Blew Out A Circuit

Ok, so here's the thing. For whatever reason, I failed to mention that the light switch in the room no longer works either. I don't quite understand what that means but it's an issue. Either way, I think I'm just gonna go ahead and get a friend of mine who's pretty handy with all of these things...

    Blew Out A Circuit

Ok, well I've watched a few YouTube videos already, and believe hiboy is right about it being a dropped neutral wire... Ill buy a circuit tester tomorrow to be sure I still don't know that I feel comfortable doing it myself but if it comes down to it, I will

    Blew Out A Circuit

How expensive of a fix is this, and how long of a fix is it typically?

    Blew Out A Circuit

I'll definitely have a pro come in to fix it, don't know anything about chasing wires. Is something like this and expensive fix?

    Blew Out A Circuit

The breaker seems fine. Tried switching it on and off. May very wll be a fuse but wouldn't even know where to look for one. Completely ignorant to electrical type things, but I have a 150 watt LED that partially lights up when plugged into the circuit. But works completely when plugged into an...

    Blew Out A Circuit

had an issue, blew out a 120v circuit... Wondering how difficult of a fix it will be? Gonna have to have an electrician come into an almost completely setup room to fix it. Won't have to go too far to find a trustworthy electrician but would still makes me uncomfortable having someone in my...

    315 Cmh Footprint

    ok, went with 12. Should I go with 12 3100k bulbs or go 6 3100k and 6 4200k?
  19. legaleyes13

    315 Cmh Footprint

I'm hearing conflicting numbers then. I've read 1000 BTUs per 315 which would be 3000 BTUs per 945

    315 Cmh Footprint

Thanks for the prompt response. I think I'm gonna go with 12 for my space. I know you're air cooling for the time being. But how many BTUs of a/c would you recommend per light?
