New Mammoth controller setup has me stumped

Recently picked up the Mammoth controller for the 10 bar with UV and far red and the directions are of very little help. I’m not very tech savvy and I’m struggling trying to program it. I did try to call Mammoth, but they weren’t much help. Searched for any videos on how to, and came up empty...

First indoor harvest in 25 years

Well I’m about 5 days out from my first indoor harvest in 25 years. I’ve made so many mistakes along the way I’ve lost count, but it looks like I made it. I run a homemade aero system that a buddy RIP Bob, and I designed 30 years ago. Enclosing pics. A buddy gave me 4 clones 2 Sour Diesel and 2...

    And the outdoor season begins…

This will be my 3rd outdoor season. I put in 5 this year, a mystery Amsterdam, Blue Cheese, Grape Stomper, OG Kush and Sour Diesel. Put them in Wednesday and we’ve gotten a few days of rain and they really responded to the sun and rain. The Blue Cheese seed was popped a month after all the...

Switched lights and plants don’t seem to like it

I just swapped out lights after Customs finally released the grow light I’ve been waiting on since Feb 9th. Was running a Spider Farmer 600 which is only 75 watts to a Mammoth 6 bar light that’s 630 watts and it seems to have shocked the girls. Still in veg so I’m hoping it doesn’t stew them up...

Didn’t kill them despite every attempt

Well it’s been a week and a half since I transplanted to the tubs and it looks like they’re coming back. Still not in the clear but so far so good. I’m getting lots of new root growth and the color has come back. I’ve done 1 nutrient change, still keeping it a little in the low side. Still...

Why do some people dip their buds in water before drying?

A buddy was just telling me about a video he watched where after they chopped down the plant, they dipped the branches in something liquid. I’m assuming water? Is this just for outdoor plants to kill critters? Inquiring minds need to know ASAP.

Seeking info on humidifiers for grow tents

I’m setting up a 5 by 5 flower tent and a 2by 4 for clones/veg and really don’t know where to begin with reputable products. I was looking at AC Infinity humidifiers and fans, they seem reasonably priced, but the humidifiers are out of stock currently. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Last years outdoor harvest of mystery plants

The past 2 years I have tried popping random seeds I’ve acquired over the years. Just random I’ve found so it was a crap shoot what it would produce. Both years I started off with around 20 seeds. 2 years ago I was having trouble sexing them so I planted them. 4 on 1 side of the yard 4 on the...

DIY Aero setup brought back from the grave

I was taught this setup 25 years ago and it served me well then. So when the wife got her medical card and we could legally grow, I decided to build a new setup, and give it a go! I got it all piped last night. Discovered some of my old equipment just didn’t cut the mustard, so I’m getting a new...
