Not sure if there is already a food thread here, if so I couldn't find it. This stoner likes to cook! Fired up the smoker yesterday and whipped up some southern soul food. Oxtails smoked for 2 hrs, then braised for another 2 hrs. Wifey was in charge of the cornbread and taters. Yum!!
