we tried a ballast that works at the other house and that didnt work. plugged it in at the other house and worked again. I've called a couple electricians and there confused as hell also.

tested the outlets to ground and have 120 on both legs. its mind boggling as hell. I've hooked up quite a few breaker boxes and never had any issues. this is the first homeline instead of qo I've used and now it doesnt work.

the grow coverage is 5x5 of each light. the fixtures are the nanolux vented des. I've added co2 in my old room but now the new room is spray foamed sealed so I can actually keep the co2 in the room itself.

photons is basically just having enough light to use the co2 right? my room is 12x24 ft and have 8 to 9 1200 watt double ended lights. would those be sufficient enough to use all the co2?
