What's the actual power draw on that light? It's likely it will easily get you through veg but once you flower you may need stronger. Without a whole lotta red light they won't grow as good. They won't eat as much nutrients. If you want my advice is start searching for a nice red spectrum light...

How is your light? I used my viparspar through veg but for flower I got a BudgetLED for red light. Buds are going crazy now.

Good point but I'll add the moon has very few lumens I don't think the plant even knows it's there. It's reflected sun light dimmed down quite a bit.
