Spider Farmer 420 Giveaway- SF Led Grow Light and SF Grow Tent

Hey, SF stop giving Lamps away. Lower your price point instead. Absolutely rediculous company. They've got 200 people "Testing" the lamps when they could save us all a few bucks by you know NOT GIVING HALF OF THEIR SHIT AWAY. I will never purchase another light from this company. I feel like a...

Should my buds be bigger at week 5/6? Defoliation??

I used Viperspectra tc600, it is actually a 220 watt draw from wall. I believe this is the case for you. You need about twice that for Flower. I use my viperspectra for seedlings and clones only. You may want to invest in a new lamp, especially if you plan on running several plants and...

    Light cycle question help please

Hello Farmers, I am going to be away from my girl this weekend (Saturday ). She just started her flower cycle (Day 6). I'm going 7p to 7a to avoid the pending heat. My plan is to back my light 2-(LED) 200w per to half strength. I will water her at 5am Saturday morning, giving her a couple hours...

Do you protect your outdoor plants against rain?

For the longest time my only worries consisted of small mammals, deer and the occasional spider mites but about 8 years ago we started getting PM and rot. So about 5 or 6 years ago we started to slide into the barn with any rain. Not really sure what happened but I've been in the same field for...

Do you protect your outdoor plants against rain?

hey Mashy, great question. I'm interested in some opinions myself. I usually drag my ladies into the barn when crappy weather happens. I've been doing this for the 5 or 6 years. Prior to that, they where left outside regardless. Started seeing more PM over the past 5 or 6 years. Weird weather...

A first attempt at manifolding. Green Crack. Really like the spacing. Great not to worry about PM. Anything outside uphere will be manifolded. It was a very tough summer but she did alright.

    Spider Farmer SF1000 LED Grow!

BigCube, you cant mention lighting on here, especially LED. People lose their shit. I run the 2000, its a solid unit. I pair it with a 100w cree cob for flower. Im happy with the results. No offense but it pisses me off that they keep handing them out. Luckily I went factory direct and saved...

Suggestions before switching for 2nd grow

They look great. Nice work. I like to clean the bottom 1/3 of the plant up before flipping. Lets you get some air flow and saves the plants from wasting energy on shwack buds. Basicly, any leaf covered by a higher leaf should go. The bottom 3rd should be naked. Great work. Happy growing. Flip...

Grow room temperature during the hot day

Are the temps you mentioned, the temo when lights are on or just the starting temp? Its going to get warmer with lighting so you are probably going to be much warmer then you want. You will need a big fan and perhaps a small ac with a good vent to outside. I never go over 85 degrees, thats with...

    Filthy, Nasty, Fungas Gnats, ARGGGG...

Nope, I always check the date on soil. I'm very lucky to have a supplier, localy that get smaller shipments throughout the year. We keep our soils, castings, coco in a sealed, with gasket, bin. Its air tight. In 35 seasons I've never seen anything like this.and I hope I never do again.

There all gone now. I transplaned as I was in Air Pots which have air holes all over, sides included and a grate on the bottom so the little bastards dug in from all sides. I scraped as much soil from the ball that I could safely remove (pretty much all) and rinsed the roots. Reset in fabric 4...

    Filthy, Nasty, Fungas Gnats, ARGGGG...

I was using AirPots for the first time. They where everywhere in the soil. The Airpots gave them access to my roots which I believe they where damaging. Oddly, there was a large spider living in between the soil and pot. It must have been living large, feeding on the filthy, dirty, evil maggots...
