    Consuming a small amount of earthworm castings probiotic beneficial or parasitic jungle?

    So yesterday I did consume a very small amount of earthworm castings in the hopes that I could obtain some otherwise unobtainable attainable beneficial bacteria for my gut knowing what we know now about our guts and eating vegetables and how beneficial the bacteria is??? Thoughts?

    I'm in my last two weeks of my first hydroponiclly grown harvest.. after a bunch of failed attempts I'm finally there but I wanted to know some tips and tricks for finishing... And how exactly do I flush.

    That is exactly what I did today I broke off chuncks or slabs of mycrohizae . It grew in a way that I could actually grab slabs of it break into 2 square in squares in evenly spaced it in under my mulch ... Watered lightly to increase moisture to hopefully help it take off... And I did it this...

    I admit my soil has been a little wetter than it should but other than over watering idk what it could be pH is 7 soil temp is 72..

    HOW DO YOU GUYS BRING YOUR ORGANIC SOIL PH DOWN?

    What do you guys use to bring down the organ soil pH without hurting anything.already growing plant in a 3 gallon fabric pot. I'm curious as to what I could top dress or water into there to bring down the pH atleeast a half a full point it hovers around 7 and I wanna get it down to 6.2
