You will always get yellowing of the leafs that aren’t getting the light they require. I can’t imagine much light getting to the bottom of a 7month old plant 🧐

First guess is spider mites and that’s just a guess. Get yourself some neem oil and spray away 👍🏻

Oh and be sure to have plenty of drainage in them plastic pots 🤪
