How old is the plant? When did you start flower? It looks good, I would probably start flushing if around the week 6 mark. Im currently week 5 myself, but over nuted the last feeding so I will be flushing earlier+longer than normal.

looks like light stress and perhaps little overwatering. What's the light settings at? Strength + distance I dont water till runoff anymore, I tend to find myself overwatering more often when I do that. I'd rather give a little bit (1/2 gal to a 3gal fabric pot) every 2nd/3rd day.

I've done what you did...didnt notice anything. Like mentioned, plenty of people never PH'd their water. Alot of the oldschool guys werent able to PH their water and grew fire bud

I find I have better success with using 1 gallon pots (after the seedling jiffy pods) than styrofoam/plastic cups. I've done a side-by-side and the ones in teh cups tend to grow slower. There is value in checking/pruning root systems though.
