Is there an ascophyllum nodosum expert in the house?

I've noticed soluble powdered versions of ascophyllum nodosum have potassium ratings in the 10-20 range while liquid versions have potassium ratings in the 0-2 range. Q1: What occurs during dehydration, extraction or fermentation to produce this range? Q2: What type of ascophyllum nodosum is...

Tales from ViparSpectra KS3000 and the grizzly crinkle auto's

No experience with auto's/pot size but vid's exist claiming stress causes early flowering with autos. Same vid's claim roots hitting side/bottom of pots produces stress, early flowers, small plants, small yields. 5G pots/same cultivar might produce larger plants, even with 5G pots/new cultivar...

    Whats your choice silica additive?

The nute brands that include silica and recommended mix orders always seem to put silica at the top of their mix list. This brand agnostic order remains consistent for potassium silicate, colloidal silicon, monosilicic acids, etc. I suspect silica binds quickly to specific nutrients and not...

    Whats your choice silica additive?

The new kid on the block is Ventana Plant Sciences Structure. It's an OMRI labeled 'Colloidal' silicon. I've not tried it but hope to soon: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n4reqL7bCkg

    Zombie’s Ganja Garden of Happiness

    Zombie’s Ganja Garden of Happiness

Using it on a specific strain is prudent. I'll likely try it on a light feeding auto, ramp up from 25% to 50% strength, start a week late and stop a week early cause @ $75 per liter and 3mil per gallon this terp doubling will cost somewhere between boo coo & a nerd and the life savings!

Do cannabis leaves ALWAYS fade during senescence

Are we certain that THC degrading gradually into CBN is the only way to create amber? I suspect a talented group of chemists, botanists, biologists could make glow in the dark trichs if they wanted to. Like you I see a conflict but it's about natural processes vs artificial processes and...

Do cannabis leaves ALWAYS fade during senescence

Waiting for trichs to amber is agonizing and the agony births desires to make plants color up faster, to make them fade faster and to make the trichs amber up faster. Faster doesn't always equate to better but we just can't seem to leave the ripening process alone. We supplement UVB, we turn...

Nutes & Biostimulants for Coco DTW System

I'm hoping the enzymes, surfactant, 100 mesh screens, a lateral flush valve and a daily nutrient batch helps with the buildup but you bring a good point so I'll be prepared to adjust quickly if needed. Your point also emphasizes the need to take advantage of foliar feeding. I might have a 5 week...
