I miss-read that as 4-6 grams of pool shock per gallon of water. Whoops. Yeah 4-6ml would definitely work seeing that the DIY formula is based off UC Roots. I find it to be working well so far. I find that growing in water culture is much easier in a sterile environment.

@slimjimham Yup, just follow just like UC roots. I probably would not use that ratio, you would probably kill your plants overnight. Once the initial batch is made at the 1/1 ratio, you could probably do 4-6ml of solution if you if you were having more serious problems. I believe I read...

+1 on the pool shock. @slimjimham I use a 1/1 ratio (1 gram of pool shock for 1 gallon of water.) Add every 7-10 days and things have never been better

I feel ya on changing up the strain. I grew an OG as well, but was not satisfied with the golf ball colas as you mentioned. I really dig the LED grow and cant wait to make the jump one day .I am sure your next grow will be better. I learn something new every time and I seem to get better results...

HSO line of Blue Dream is a pretty good. I have noticed there are few different phenos so be on the lookout for the indica. Still grows like a Sativa, but the nodes are much tighter. Are you going to add more LED lights, or adding MH/HPS lights? Looking forward to the next grow

I believe I went 9 weeks total. I think It was shy a couple of oz's from a lb. Having a chiller makes all the difference now. It was a cool strain to grow, but nothing spectacular about it.

I would stay away from the disc diffusers. I find that they dont work as well as the cylinder stones. I know recently some disc diffuser products have come with suction cups to prevent floating, but they deteriorate faster and the air tends to come out of one spot where the tubing and disc connect.

Looking good! Have you thought about doing a mid flower flush? Some of the plant looks like its being locked out and resulting in the color of your leafs

Does that chiller have adequate airflow for breathing next to the wall? I try to leave at least a foot clearance on all sides.

The chart is good basis of what to go off of. Some adjustment may be needed, but keep in mind that each strain is different and that the plant will ultimately tell you how its doing.

Cultured Solutions has a feeding chart that is readily available. Never run CS nutes myself, but with late bloom boosters, I usually cut my base by 50%. Those boosters are some strong stuff and can damage a healthy plant if the dosage is not right. Don't be surprised if strains in the UC dont...

Any strain will do great in a UC, its all a matter of preference. The one thing I will say is that if you pick a sativa, be sure to flip early.
