    Hydroponic Research User Thread

Who said it's only good for plants watered 3 to 4 times a day? I use it two three times a week and only water one time a day...

It's what chris told me. He said it'll throw off you P ratio, it's designed for a 5:1.

Shine should always be at 1g to 5g of base. Don't do 2 g and no need to lower your base.

HD has a different pH and C:N ratio than RO. HD also incorporates bio-polymers and more amino chelated secondary nutes. Try running your pH lower if you're in coco using HD to account for post irrigation nitrogen conversion.

I've seen HD fuck up coco. I'm in coco and do 5 days RO and two days of HD. Might be a bit too much carbon in HD for coco, the jungle boys kill it in wool with the HD tho for sure.

Adding Shine greatly tweaks the N ratio. Plenty of people run Lucus formula all the way through. I think VandB is better at growing flowers than vegging but whatever. It works, it pushes resin, it stacks great, it's cheap and it's simple.

    Mighty Wash....home Made Version

Mighty Wash isn't allowed because it's an unregulated pesticide. The bottle and label make pesticide claims but it wasn't registered through EPA so against the law. Many pyrethrum products are approved from cannabis in CO.

Their foliar is awesome, I still use it.

    Mighty Wash....home Made Version

Mighty Wash is Pyrethrum. Colorado Department of Agriculture had it tested since its label made pesticide claims and it wasn't registered with EPA. It's not legal to apply to cannabis plants in Colorado.

    Pl Light Systems????

They're good, real similar to the e-paps and gavitas. $700 for all three is a steal. They wouldn't go below $430 for me when buying 300. Ended up going with the gavitas but whatever. They have different reflectors too, one throws more wide, one is a lot like the gavita. Just depends how...

Butane Illegal To Use At Home In Co For Making Concentrates

You can't bring trim or flower that is produced on the grey market into any licensed facility. There won't be any legal extraction companies for the caregiver market.

Butane Illegal To Use At Home In Co For Making Concentrates

It's now against the law to process without a MIPs and it's against the law for a MIPs to process things that don't come from within the closed system of a licensed OPC facility. Sucks to be a patient with a caregiver who was making cheap extracts because that shit is now dead.

    Hydroguard Alternative

There's a powder and liquid formulation of the same stuff called Double Nickel that Certis makes. Way stronger and cheaper. I use it for pm but works great for drenching. Photosynthesis plus also has the same species in it along with a bunch of other bennies.

    CO Bud Shots

Correct. We aren't looking to "fix" it, we are trying to scale it up to commercial size applications while maintaining the quality and variety everyone has come to expect and everyone deserves at their price point.

    Plagron Nutrients Aka: Purple Bottle

You don't need two DEs that close together. That seems like a REAL strange project to me. Green Sensation has way more technology in it that bloombastic. It's a better, newer, more advanced product. My friends import the plagron stuff and when they visited their spot there was a whole...

    Plagron Nutrients Aka: Purple Bottle

Green Sensation is getting great reviews, pure clean is like Ecozen but not really cheaper per dose so I didn't switch to it. Their A and B is a lot like canna/H & G. Their coco is the shit, best I've ever found, gone through containers and containers of it the last 3 years.
