True, I was recently reading about that actually! My reading also said ideally for breeding an outdoor variety you should grow everything outdoor. However, using a grow room would be faster. Perhaps use a grow room at first, then finalize outdoor.

I have some self pollinated created seeds. I know this limits the chromosomes, but is this a bad thing as far as crossing something else to these females? I'm just not sure of all of the breeding implications down the road.

Or do you recommend greenhouse? Do you have to consider the longer days and get a strain that flowers earlier?
