Just wanted to touch base on the vac. I've been doing bho runs with a 3cfm robin air cosh about 130 and it pills to vac in about 30 seconds.

And I was able to try it bc I forgot I busted my rig the other day and I still need to get a new one (so mad about that stupid move). Hits really smooth get a slight tingle in my lungs. Flavor is awesome. Doesn't smell that much. Enough to know it's sank buds but it's not the first thing yoh...

There's no bubbles that little guy was from moving it into the dish and those little marks on the side are from my tweezers bc I didn't want to handle it.

I know this thread has been down a while but it's the only one for bho photos and I don't feel like starting another. This is my first run of bho. I decided to go with shatter only did a 7 gram blast but used decent buds. The yield is kinda low but I also froze my tube with product for 24 hours...

So I ran 7 grams of decent buds. Had em in the freezer overnight along with my tane. I have it in the vac now at 105 on full vac but the yield looks to be only about a gram. Did I do something wrong I blasted almost half a can through.

If I want wax and I let the tane cook out over double boil till no more bubbles, do I have to whip it or can I just scrape it and vac it and what's the ideal temp for a thick wax/honeycomb texture. I'm doing 90-100 for my shatter was thinking 125-135 for my wax under full vac.

Yeah I put the oil in and primed the motor. I'm not new to motors ect just the bho stuff. I'll be blasting and making the run later tonight and post some pics of he finished products. Doing shatter then a wax.

I got it. I took a piece if tissue and ran it around the chamber and waited for it to get stuck. Pumped to -29 in about 5 seconds once I pressed down on the leak to complete the seal. I'm only running small batches of personal for now when I do more I'll get a bigger chamber

The gauge doesn't move a single bit when I turn the vac on as well. Figured even with a weak vac it would still at least move

Put the chamber connections and all under water?

Skunk you got it. It's for the air intake. And I can't afford another chamber at the moment. The reviews said this one works well for small batches all of the connections are air tight. Is there a way to test the connection incase I'm wrong. I've been waiting for this equipment for two weeks...

I'm having some issues getting any kind of vac seal going with this guy. Both of these products are brand spanking new. An I doing something wrong or is it this chamber.

This new griddle is looking like it has a lowest surface temp of 100.1 can I just put my pyres rigt onto that or should I still use a water bath. And what's the difference between making shatter from budder and making it from the start with low heat long purge? Bc I may run the tane tonight...

Thanks everyone. I plan on working Outaide for sure. My neighbor is an old school hippie and I have a secluded back deck to work from so no worries of any other neighbor complaining about fumes ect.

A buddy if mine lives in a state where he can't test his bho. Is there a way for him to test it or does he have to drive to the next state over.

That's right about what I planned on doing. Was gonna double boil spread it nice and thin vac it at 110.

What temp and how long would I need to keep my Pyrex in water on the griddle before I drop it into the vac. It's a low cost black and decker griddle I'll be per oiling my h2o
