Brown Leaves 4 Weeks Into Flower.

Using GH flora series micro and bloom at 6-9 ratio. Ppm of nutes (not including ppm of base water) is roughly 400ppm. Is this too low? By the way this is my usual ppm as I was aiming at 200ppm a couple of weeks ago when this problem cropped up.

Brown Leaves 4 Weeks Into Flower.

I've had some trouble with my phone provider banning me from using g this site so I've had trouble getting on here to post lol. It has practically stopped getting worse entirely. However I'm a bit concerned now with how thin my buds are with only 2.5 weeks to go and also I'm getting orange...

Brown Leaves 4 Weeks Into Flower.

Using GH nutrients micro and bloom at a 6-9 ratio. I fed at 1.7 last night, I think I'll add more nutes until I get 2.0EC for next feed. I don't know if its stopped it or not they change so slowly. I think I'll have to take some pictures and compare to see if its still progressing over the next...

Brown Leaves 4 Weeks Into Flower.

Thanks so much for your reply. After looking at what a Phosphorus deficiency is online it seems all my plants have been showing clear signs of a Phosphorus deficiency for about 2 weeks now, maybe longer, dark green leaves, red shoots, and this leaf damage is exactly like I've seen online after...

Brown Leaves 4 Weeks Into Flower.

I've just done a bit of googling and it is without a doubt a phosphorus deficiency, hence why its getting worse as flowering is progressing, and hence why they turned dark when I switched to flower. It is definitely a Phosphorus deficiency. Why I have a Phosphorus deficiency is the question now...

Brown Leaves 4 Weeks Into Flower.

The fungus gnat problem is bad in my opinion but then I've never had a fungus gnat issue, it could also be root rot because gnats carry disease? I applied nematodes once several weeks ago and it seems there numbers have dropped, I also applied sand to the tops of the coco to stop them from...

Brown Leaves 4 Weeks Into Flower.

I have been feeding at what I think is quite a strong mix of 6ml-9ml of Micro-Bloom with a bit of calmag. I've been raising my EC from 0.6 tap water to 1.6 with those nutes. I've since layed off to 0.9EC and that's with dropping the approximately 0.1-0.2EC of calmag I was putting in. Could this...

Brown Leaves 4 Weeks Into Flower.

Hi guys I am absolutely panicking here, I've been plagued with problems for months and I'm starting to think it has been these gnats all along, it seems I have a severe fungus gnat infestation that is about to put the last nail in my coffin. I am growing in coco coir in fabric pots. Recently I...

    Gh Nutes In Coco

Yeah that 6 9 formula has worked wel for me in the past but recently its not been working. I have changed a lot of other things which I've just mentioned that may be contributing to toxicity. Whether I should stick to 50% of GH recommendations or go back to 6 9 after this grow with fresh coco...

    Gh Nutes In Coco

Okay thanks fpr the tip, do you use GH recommendations at 50%. I'm going for 70% because I've heard they are too strong. But if I go to 50% the ppm of the 6_9 formula in 4L I have heard a lot the ppm is way too high, but maybe that's been my problem. Why is that 6 9 formula spouted everywhere if...

    Gh Nutes In Coco

I have never reused coco before but decided to do so this time around, either it was that or maybe this breed does worse with too much nitrogen. Also they are closer to the light than I would usually have them because i have cooled lights which makes them use up water and nutes faster so quicker...

    Gh Nutes In Coco

I actually have an RO unit but I'm just not using it. Maybe that's kind of stupid but I've done fine in the past with tap water. I should probably experiment with RO next time. As for now I've gotta get through this grow.

    Gh Nutes In Coco

I also have never used Ca but in veg I had problems and heard GH nutes are lacking in Can and in coco they really eat it up so I thought it wouldn't hurt to throw it in. Turns out its also got Nitrogen in it. Not loads but enough to bump the already high N by about 10-20%. And I really don't...

    Gh Nutes In Coco

The EC of my water is 0.6 to start with. I have been watering with 1.7ml per Liter of micro and 2.5ml of bloom but also 0.5ml of Calmag with 3% Nitrogen which ups the N content by a little but not much really. I'm going to start with 70% of the recommended doses of micro and bloom for late...

    Gh Nutes In Coco

My bottle does not include 5% calcium, it says on the bottle 1.3% CaO or something close I checked earlier. Oh I've just realised there are 2 types. I'm using the hardwater type not the softwater type. Would following the guidelines for dosages on the bottle work well for coco? I don't know if...

    Gh Nutes In Coco

I don't think it contains 5 percent calcium but I could be wrong ill have to check the bottle. I've heard you should add calmag supplement in coco coir. Ill lay off the calmag for now as its never been absolutely neccesary in the past for me. I'm strongly considering flushing with cannaflush and...

    Gh Nutes In Coco

Thanks for your reply, I'm using GH micro and bloom. The bloom or micro has plenty of nitrogen I can't remember which one but the mix I'm using I've posted in the first comment and I've just made another comment if you'd be so kind as to offer your opinion. Thanks :)
