I used to remove mine as well to clean the buckets and prune. Some of the root balls filled the 8 gallon bucket. I just placed the net pot and bucket cover in a large bucket. Never had an issue.

Not sure about where you live but in the Northeast, they sometimes spray the lakes to kill certain weeds. I don't think that would be very beneficial.

Air flow is good. I have a 6" fan blowing on them. Just enough to create an air flow. These are in 4" rockwool cubes. No signs of insects anywhere. I thought it might be leaf miners but the areas are more patchy that they are line like trails.

So I put the two low profile lights in the 4x4. I have a 6" Vortex inline fan and a 16" Oscillating fan in the tent. The tent is actually 2 degrees cooler than when I had the 1000 watt air cooled raptor in there.

Once harvest is complete, everything is scrubbed clean before the new plants go in the tent. It's best to start fresh for every cycle.

Week 3: Bumped the Jacks up to 20% for this week. Also tied the girls down yesterday and it looks like they are reaching for the sky already. I don't know about you but I think the more you bend, twist and manhandle the plants, the hardier they get.

Gotta love RDWC. I tried many different systems but RDWC rocks. Massive root systems and thick stalks. Your system is very similar to mine. I separated mine into 4 bucket systems and harvest every 4 to 5 weeks.
