Didn't think so then ...I'm convinced now great call ...where do you store what's your water ph ...and do you follow suit for cloning with that ac infinity piece ...
My tap water's pH is 7.6 every time I test it. It's high, but the RQS plugs have peat in them and it is slightly acidic. My understanding is that water doesn't have a big effect on the pH of the soil. What effect it has might be short duration, as well.

I have cloned with the humidity dome, but I haven't used the RQS plugs for cloning. I used Zip plugs before I started using the RQS plugs. I don't do much cloning, but the dome hasn't failed so far. It has a height extension that's useful for cloning.

Just a suggestion to try on the side while you're trying other solutions, why don't you try putting a germinated seed in some regular store bought potting soil and give it nothing but water from the faucet with no adjusting nothing until you get to the third node? Sounds like you're stuck at the starting line and what you're doing hasn't been working... Commercial soils may not be the best blend for weed but they reliably grow all plants and take into account the pH of municipal water supply with preloaded buffers. Then at least you're growing some weed while you're figuring out all the other stuff.

And where are your meters? If under the light that's the wrong place. We don't want light to hit the meters were not trying to measure light but air.

As others have said, simple store bought soil, no pH, no domes, no humidity just water wind light.

Ninja much respect ....let's catch you up

To your points ....
1. My way has got me thru 15 years in the soil very little issues...
2. Buying soil bag per bag is not a financial option so I've been making my own for a decade now . BUT I did spend 100 for 3 bags of organic soil 3 try's ago .
3. I have 6.23 ph mountain spring water for my source (water and soil test came back normal )
4. In beginning it was user error but I'm tightened up at present
5. When 10 outta 10 blue dream seeds do not even crack open ...OR maybe a pack of 5 super Lemon was already started to germ in the package not much I can do there .
6. I have 3 plants doing very well so I hope im over the starting line ...but I appreciate your sarcasm...
7. I've ALWAYS used a dome without issues , but let's see how no dome and a little breeze work ...solid advice from
8. Appreciate all for pushing me thru this , I have nobody to talk soil with ....

Room never goes above 77.... always 40/70RH wind seems to be perking them up ...ya know I grow micro greens and lettuces ...never use a dome their ...not sure why I did not see this ...being frantic doesn't help ...

Wishing you the best with your growing. At the end of the day I suspect nutrient toxicity on seedlings. I'm confident you'll figure it out. I wasn't delivering sarcasm when I suggested growing in store bought soil. It was an attempt to help you figure out where the problem was.

Everyone had input ....learning by the minute....just when you dial in your cloning you forget seedlings are very delicate ..many mistakes this year ...lucky to find yall on this forum ...I took the dome off , light fan seem to be making a difference ...just rookie mistakes took my eyes off the garden ..

My take on doming clones BTW is use it if you got to, and then do everything in your power to wean the clone off it as soon as you can starting at the 24 hour mark. I've had rooting failures from leaving the dome on too long and I've actually ditched the domes for an aquarium I can gradually lower the humidity once they're in. The #1 thing I did to improve success in the clone box was throw a little variable speed USB fan in there, and I would go so far as to say that had a greater impact than humidity.
