Was gonna dig the drain, but my helper is out of town. Probably work on finishing the electrical, the drywall under the room, and maybe some more plumbing. Why, you need some work?:D

TF:

You clearly have the power, cooling, and budget - why only 4kw?

It seems to me you could use 1500watters and ring the room in T5's . . . ?

OK, sedate.
I am only running 4k in flowering for a couple of reasons.

First,
this is just my personal medical grow. I really like the style of the MPB, and I will already have more than plenty for me with 4k. This is really more like my personal home laboratory that I always wanted to build.

Second,
I have never even gone this big. Between 4k just in flowering, multiple AC units, chillers, etc... That is plenty of a monthly nut for me on the electric.

Third,
The room is built in a garage. The temps outside last year I believe hit close to 110 degrees at one point last year. That is why I have been so insulation crazy as well. Just don't want even more heat as well.

Who knows, maybe one day I will yearn for more.
For now, this is my dream lab that I will enjoy rocking, while I practice some MPB style growing.:)

Thank you headimonster. I'll get there one step at a time.

So this weekend we got some more stuff done. :smiley_joint:

The interior got a coating of Reflectix, and the exterior got a good coat of primer. Got the outlets wrapped up in the room, and some fans hung. AC bracket mounted as well. Almost got all of the outside outlets and timers finished, except I am waiting on some 4 gang wall plates.

Thanks JPLprd01. I am not a contractor by trade, although I have worked on house remodel, and I am a jack of all trades when it comes to building. Lots more to come. Not quite there yet, but I will keep it coming.
