1HP water chiller for 695.00$ until Feb28th.

I was thinking about getting a ucxL8 and they recommend a 1/10-1/6 chiller would these chiller be to much to run with this system im eventually want to upgrade to bigger uc systems and would need a chiller like this but would love to catch this deal now

damn, missed your post .. well hopefully someone else will chime in cause Im not super experienced with chillers,
I have only used a chiller on one grow, it was a 1hp and it worked well for aprox 200 gallons of water.

If you got the electric, and are planning on upgrading later on, i personally would figure bigger is better.. but again Im sure someone with more experience with chillers would be able to provide you a bettr answer.

Chillers have a minimum gph depending on how large it is. Check the specs and make sure your pump is strong enough for it...
